Not bad for fast food Philly Cheesesteak joint along hwy 5. We passed by here as it was close to the Tesla Supercharger stalls. We wanted something quick to eat before hitting the road. This was next to Jamba Juice, Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robins in the same store. Plenty of seats. Lady took our order, not the most smiley friendliest cashier but all business, got our order down. Food came out somewhat fast.
Ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak and had them cut in half. It had a lot of meat and cheese. Tasted good to me. Ordered potato wedges with real bacon bits and cheese. That was a bit too much for me but my son and hubby liked it. Ordered a large drink. Decent prices. Would come back to have it again if we were in area.

I walked at 0610 pm and they already started closing. The cook seemed mad that he had to start up the fryer and make fries. Hours say this place closes at 0800 pm. It didn’t matter because 10 people came after me to order cheesesteaks. Dont know why he thought it was a good idea to start closing 2 hours before it’s closing time. And he got my order completely wrong. I asked for scorpion sting on the wings and it came out with lemon pepper. I love Charley’s so when I saw the sign driving north on the 5, I stopped to eat here. Does the manager even check on the one person who works there? Never stopping here again

Food was great overall but customer service sucks.
We walked in , ordered and the lady at the counter (Elvira), rolled her eyes for asking to have the ranch on the side. Then proceeds to rush us to pay. We were being polite the whole time. I don’t know why people work in a the food industry if you can’t be polite to your customers.

This place is supposed to close at 8:00 p.m. I walked in at 7:10 it was like a ghost town didn’t even see anyone so I went to the restroom. I came out and there was a guy there seemed like he was very frustrated that I was leaving in the restaurant some young kid and the first thing he says to me is, only sandwiches. So he basically took it upon himself to shut most of the store down so no one else could even get anything they wanted so he wouldn’t have to do any work. This place won’t last long especially with customer service like that. I know it might be slim pickings for management, but you all got to do a better job of hiring better people.

The two ladies towards the end of the night on July 11th were rude. They made our chicken California with just chicken and cheese. I asked if I can get lettuce and pickles bc it wasn’t on it and they said they don’t come with lettuce. Every Charlie’s I ever been to always adds lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes to the chicken California. I should dispute my order tbh.

They where close to hotel we were staying at so I went to try them out. Walked in at 7:30 pm and they had already finished closing out the register and said they couldn’t serve me. Seems as though they were in a hurry to get home and not stay open till closing time. If this were my franchise or my business this would never happen. Sorry Charlie.
