I put in an order online. They didn’t bother starting on it until I showed up there. After waiting 10 minutes, they gave me someone else’s order. I asked for a refund. They didn’t know how to do that. So more waiting while they made the correct order. It’s a sandwich shop, not an extremely complicated operation. That they are so incompetent at it is mind-boggling.

We placed a DoorDash order before they closed on DoorDash, it was accepted, showed up and got looked at like I was dumb for not knowing they had closed 20 minutes prior to me showing up. I showed proof that the order was accepted and I got told “sorry but we closed 20 minutes ago and we’re not making anything. I recommend canceling the order.” Cancelled the order and now fighting to get a refund back because the order was accepted and was deemed an active order.

Every single time I DoorDash something for pick up, and when I show up as the app says my order is ready to be picked up, the food was not even made. Therefore, I have been waiting for another extra 15-20 mins waiting for the food this is bugging and IT HAPPENED OCCASIONALLY OR EVERY SINGLE TIME please fix this!

Destiny is too busy flirting with a man to be taking orders. When she finally takes your order, she rings it up wrong, forgets your drink, forgets the fries. Hands your food to the wrong person and does it all without ever stopping her conversation with this random man. Hope they’re truly happy together.

Always check your order before leaving. A third of the time the ingredients are wrong. I just ordered a Philly with everything on it. I got home and there were no pickles, tomatos, lettuce, or mayo. Just paid full price for half of what I wanted. Still tastes better than Subway though.

12/19 update: still nothing from them.
Follow-up: the company contacted me and asked for further information which I provided and was never contacted again.
While the food was good I watched a worker go from touching raw chicken to touching buns and lettuce without changing gloves. Food safety is a major issue and I would not recommend this place without a change of staff.

This location needs some love. Ordered just one sandwich and it took half an hour.
The most experienced staff member went over to Baskin Robbins to take an order and chat with people while the two new staff members tried to fill the 15+ orders piling up.

I don’t understand how I ordered a Bacon 3 cheese with nobody else in line as of yet, 15 minutes later, they forgot to make my food and skipped me. This location on Ft. Irwin is trash. And needs better management.
