I came to try. Got to the counter at 627 and the 2 ladies said they were closed already. So no they are not open to 7pm. Chile Verde, Wing stop and Panda Express will be a better choice, customer service and serving food till closing. Not like this food place. If they had a food vending machine here it would be a better choice. That’s why machines are going to take your jobs away.

First off I want to say that the online experience was great and that this was also my first time eating these Cheesesteaks . I’ve been to this mall and always wanted to try these out for quite a while but never had time too. I do Uber eats and I had to deliver food from this restaurant and I waited enough time to really see how the environment is and how the customer service is. Customer Service is always important but I feel like they kind of fail to make you feel welcomed and make you feel like you matter. Attitudes weren’t that great neither . Today was a day I actually wanted to try the place out and I went ahead to order the Old School Cheesesteak with extra cheese and the Cheese fries. To put it this way, It wasn’t the very pleasant☹️. I don’t do reviews but I actually wanted to do one so bad so that I can give you all a heads up. Maybe it’s the way CheeseSteaks are made but it’s a bit messy…no biggy so I went ahead and ate the first bite. I’m not one to complain about food cause I’m not picky but lord it’s very salty . I love cheese, but man it’s too salty. I thought it might be because I got “extra cheese” so I tried the cheese fries….. they were the same. I tried focusing my tastebuds on the steak and from what I determined it seemed good. The fries were fried perfectly. It’s just overall the cheese and how salty it is. Maybe I’m tripping but it really seemed like sour and bitter. Anyways I’m giving it 2 cause the online experience was good but I might have to try something different to actually get a good taste. ♂️

I walked into the mall on June 15th because my daughter really wanted a sandwich. The only employee there said online orders only. I then placed my order through my mobile app and told the employee that I had placed my order. After waiting 15 minutes I asked her when would my order be ready because the entire time she was cleaning around the food station’s and moving them around. She then said it’s a 30 minute wait. I asked her why didn’t you say that in the beginning. She was very rude and said she did! I told her I just want my money back. She said you need to do that online( I tried and you cannot get your money online and they took my money without refunding it) I asked her can I have your managers name she said she was the manager. I said so what’s your name? She responded Yolita. I did not receive and reply from the corporate office or its affiliates.
