Posted hours of operation say they are open 10am-8pm Mon-Sat. We arrived 7:35pm, waited around several minutes for someone to acknowledge us, then were told they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. We had come specifically to try this place and arrived with what seemed like plenty of time for a food court eatery. Probably won’t be making that effort again.

My 2nd time here. It was good the first time so I came back. I order the regular Philly cheesesteak. Made to order Fries are nice n crispy as well. Also I recommend downloading the Charleys app. You’ll save $5. I keep forgetting but just a tip.

I’m not sure you know how much damage your employees are doing to your business. I walked up to the counter Sunday afternaoon with my son, and the 2 young ladies just stood near the grill looking at some dude walking up way behind me. After ignoring me for a solid 45 seconds, one of them turned and walked over to me playing with a string of hair between her fingers, then flicked it on the floor and asked did I need anything, I promptly said No and walked away.

In town for the week, ate a Bacon 3 cheese and it was delicious. Customer service was outstanding and fully staffed so no unreasonable wait. Try them you, you won’t be disappointed.

Good way good. Always is however, the girl making the phillys is RUDE. You can tell she hates her job and hates being there. I asked her for mustard. She didn’t say a word. She grabbed the bucket of mustard, slammed it on the counter and walked away.

I bought two sandwiches, both had no garnishment. The workers were dancing and making a fool of out themselves. The quality and the customer service has gone down a lot, very disappointed. Will not come here again. The “manger” was dressed in a normal shirt and hat not in their uniform. Dylan was also rude, kid didn’t even let us know there was no garnishment. Disappointed.

My family regularly orders takeout from this Charleys location every couple of weeks. The food is consistently very good. However, tonight after shopping in the mall we attempted to order takeout at this location (in the mall food court). We were told by the cook that at 6:15pm it was too late to order because the location closes at 7pm. However, the cashier let my husband know that they were continuing to make sandwiches for online orders. We ordered our takeout online, which was ready within 15 minutes (still 20 minutes before the restaurant was due to close). When we picked up the order we were told by the cook that if we ever “did this again” our order would be refunded and not fulfilled. While this is a favorite spot for our children, we will not be returning to Charleys with such rude service.

Normally, I absolutely love to come here to eat after shopping with my Significant other. He will go to get some Chinese and ill get the chicken Philly cheese steak sandwich… unfortunately tonight was an exception. We approached and didn’t think anything of it at first. I also don’t have my glasses on so from far distances I have issues with seeing. As we got closer in line my Fiancé noticed that NONE of the clerks at this restaurant wore masks. Not even the cooks! And being a person from the service industry, I know how very wrong this is… especially during a global pandemic.. but what would I know? normally I enjoy their food but unable to even order it because they have absolutely no safety nor health standards!!!
