The workers there were very rude. We had tried to add mozzarella sticks to our order (the system didn’t add them, that’s not their fault) and instead of being accommodating and explaining the situation, they dismissed us and said we could PAY FOR THEM, which is something we were aware of but didn’t quite understand yet why the mozzarella sticks hadn’t appeared. We had to ask them to look at the transaction to make sure we weren’t charged for the mozzarella sticks and the worker gave a heavy sigh before just reprinting the receipt and handing it over to us. We also were unfortunate to drop some of our food accidentally and they gave attitude when we asked for it to be replaced. Rudest staff encounter I’ve ever had at a Charley’s. I hope they get fired.

I could have assembled a better sandwich blindfolded, and I’m a terrible cook. I ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak, and it was not very good. The ingredients were okay on their own, but the Mayo wasn’t very well spread out and so I got random clumps of mayo. One corner of my sandwich was weirdly soggy, and I’m pretty sure it was not from the ingredients in the sandwich, so I tore it off. The bacon was mostly on one side of the sandwich so I had to move some to the other side. The food took a while even though it wasn’t busy. Overall not happy with the service.

First time last time. It,s 2pm on March 12th. We ordered to go- my mistake. Look at the pic. Is this a sandwich? It was buried under a pound of lettuce. I cant find the bread. This was pure garbage, and with drinks cost $61. I threw it out and bought a TV dinner from Smiths. Fries were half OK

I was really disappointed with my experience. The price was really steep for very bland and small cheesesteaks. The fries were barely even seasoned as well. They need to up their seasoning game across the board and give me more in order to have a sandwich that stacks up to the other grades in the area like the Italian place and Jersey Mike’s.

Food was very delicious. Takes a while to come out due to the fact they are always so busy. Their ultimate fries are a must have. Make sure you grab plenty of napkins because they are delightfully juicy!

Ordered double meat and then watched them make my food in which they didn’t give me double meat. When I asked them about it they called me a liar. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. Do not come here if you are expecting good customer service.

Terrible customer service. Three workers standing around while one worker literally cooks one sandwich at a time. It was a 20 minute wait for two sandwiches, with NOBODY else in line or ordering.

Fries were hot & fresh. $13+ for a meal & I have to purchase dipping sauce, not even 1 comes with the meal. Very bland so my 8 year old loved it. Girl working lacked customer service skills. She pointed & said “your drink is over there”
