Bit into this screw on 10/27/25.
Came by around 6pm, got a large cheesesteak to go. I was almost halfway through the cheesesteak when I bit into this and the shop was already closed so I couldn’t talk to anyone about it.
I’m in the food industry, how the hell does this happen???

4/29/23-Just your average Charley’s and that’s why I gave the 3 stars, since that is an average score. I was sad that they had stopped serving their blueberry lemonade. They now have strawberry, peach, and tangerine. The new flavors are super week compared to the flavor that the blueberry one used to have.

I’ve been to plenty of the cheesesteaks places in out snd in Colorado and this had to be the worst one, they had a child in the back were the stove was which was dangerous, and when I went for a refill he told me they do 1 per person which is absolutely not true, and the guy was lazy refusing the give me a refill, absolute horrible customer service.

Very poor customer service. Then have the audacity to ask for tip. They were incredibly rude to the point I thought they might mess with my food….they certainly left my drinks on the counter and didn’t bother saying a word to me when they were done being prepared. Good food but not worth being mistreated.

I ordered Large Cheese Fries and the taste of cheese and oil used tasted very bad..I literally threw the entire fries. Such a waste ! Will never visit this place again.

I had the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesestake and it was really good but the Gourmet Fries were awful and tasted like cardboard.
