In the store they have inside the Baybrook mall, they have misleading advertising, we ordered three combos of 3 pieces sandwich, French fries and soda but they gave us 3 combos with 3 pieces of chicken, potatoes and cookies. I feel cheated, I went to the girl at the cash register but He said he couldn’t solve it because they didn’t have the advertising combo since now they were giving that… it seems like a scam to me that in the photo they show one thing and deliver another. This place is not recommended.

This is one of the better places to eat at in the food court. They consistently provide prompt and friendly service. The food isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. I get a regular sized sandwich with fries and a sweet tea, which comes usually out to around $11. It’s more than enough food and I’m always very full after eating here. They start to cook everything in front of you as you are ordering. The produce is fresh, which is really nice. The pickles are delicious and the tomatoes are juicy. I love that they have a station with condiments and different seasoning bottles to sprinkle on your fries. The lemonades with fruit are so good here, however they do cost extra. I look forward to eating here again and again in the future.

Got two orders of Philly cheese steak last night! All my children got severe stomach issues and diarrhea. Called the store and noted to let the manager know and I was told manager will call me back in 20 minutes. No one called me! The beef did not smell ok. Please be aware about the food that you are serving to the people! This is insane! Not ordering from here anymore.

My wife and I have been to Charley’s so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I’m not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn’t tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it’s moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A’s lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

This place is delicious. I work in the mall and eat here pretty frequently, I’ve never had a bad meal here. Everything’s always fresh and everyone who works there are extremely nice. Manager is super friendly. Place is always clean.

Customer service was awful, communication was so hard it was almost non existent because they hardly speak English the whole crew should be fired! Food was decent (tasted like warmed up snacks from the frozen isle) I feel like they took long on my food out of spite she was trying to rush me to order while ringing my combo up all separately she never mentioned the drink and ranch would be an extra charge these are things this company should be training their cashiers on. Horrible experience makes me never want to return and I actually use to really enjoy the cheesesteaks I see another review mention that spiteful behavior of this crew and it makes sense. This company will lose so many customers if they don’t refine this operation. Experience matters the most in a food court filled with competitors, especially in this economy.

Not the best, not the worst. Food is ok for the price. The ladies that work at the register have a bit of an attitude problem though and don’t even bother pretending to be friendly most of the time.
