I went for lunch which I know they get busy, but the perk is fresh hot fries. However the sandwiches pay for it. Barely any meat, it’s mostly warm bread lettuce and mayo. I didn’t know I was getting a salad on bread instead of my sandwich I ordered.

Went and got a meal to go they didn’t pack it to go. They didn’t give me my fries. People were not friendly. Didn’t even ask if they can help you hello anything they just stood there. They are all rude. This used to be one of my favorite places, the food was so soggy my sandwich fell apart, and I hadn’t even got home.

Check your orders when taking to-go. The manager at the register is basically deaf and they will short you if you don’t check. We were shorted cheese and bacon fries after basically having to yell at the cashier/manager. She couldn’t hear anything we said. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered on doordash and I only live 2 minutes away. Food was cold and thrown together. Fries were soggy. Ordered a sweet tea and a raspberry tea and got 2 raspberry teas. Either the quality of Charley’s went down or this place just doesn’t care enough to do things right. Not worth what we paid.

The back counters were cluttered and messy, the front counter by the fryer and lemonade machine had spills all over it. Not a single person greeted us and the manager didn’t want to be bothered helping any customers because every time someone walked up she walked away. Because of this ordering took forever and when our food finally came out, it was terrible. Nothing like it used to be. I got cold fries and cold bacon and my husband’s food was so greesy he couldn’t eat it.

I asked for their Cajun fries. By the time I got home, I noticed they gave me regular fries with seasoning on it. Guess they got lazy and was too busy to drop Cajun fries to cook as ordered. Skimpy on fries.

Door dash should never take prioritie over a line of people waiting to place a order. If some one has time to place a order online and wait for their food ,they have time to wait a little longer for instore customers.
