I went to hullen mall on the 3-5-26 at 6 pm they had Great food and excellent customer service at Charleys Philly Steaks. The food was fresh and delicious, and the guy taking my order was friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience.

I made a purchase totaling $13.82 at this store. When I received my receipt a tip of $75.76 was added to my order without my consent. I did not authorize any tip amount. I spoke to who I was told was the manager and informed him that I did not authorize the tip charge. He took my receipt and stated that he could not make the correction at that time. He asked for my name and phone number and wrote it on my receipt. He stated he would correct the transaction later that day and contact me by phone to inform me of the correction. I had to ask for a copy my receipt to have proof of the transaction as he took my receipt and did not offer me a copy. I did not hear from the manager and the transaction was not adjusted. I had to file a dispute with my bank after being unable to get in touch with anyone to assist me by email or phone. I do not recommend this business unless you like to have your money stolen.

It took almost to make 1 cheesesteak. It took so long that delivery service canceled the order. Tried calling the store 4 times, never got to talk to anyone because as soon as they pick up the phone they would hang up. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon sandwich. The meat had a dry and hard texture to it . I asked for ketchup for my fries and ALL 5 packets were so sticky that I had to clean my hands . I didn’t even use the ketchup because of how gross the packets were.The service was great, the fries were good. But it will be awhile before I come back.

I’m not sure if they were having an off day or what, but our lunch was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got the old school cheesesteak and the sandwich was so saturated in cold, velveeta-like cheese, it was truly the most unappetizing thing. I got the chicken Philly and the chicken was chewy and stringy. I don’t normally leave reviews but we were seriously shocked at how bad this meal was.

My son and I ordered a chicken Philly. It was really good. It was fresh tasting. After it being cooked we had the options of adding other fresh vegetables. My husband ordered the Philly steak in which he enjoyed as well. This was my second time here in the last month and I was pleasantly surprised at the consistency of flavor.
