Ordered 2 large oldschool cheesesteaks. Both came out with meat you couldnt even see once you foled the sandwich closed and it wasnt on the last 4 inches of bun at all. I called inside and told them it didnt have the right ount of meat. I was told “Ma’am we put 3 pieces of steak on every large.” Again I said this wasnt right. And explained how little there was on them. I told her the Old School is described as having extra meat. ” Ma’am if you pay for it. None of our larges come with anymore meat.” There literally was more cheese on my fries than meat in my large sandwiches.
Do not come here. They are rude and dont follow directions put out by their own company.

Bear in mind, I grew up near Philadelphia!
The cheesesteak was ok. Nothing special & rather small for $15. Mine was supposed to come with mushrooms. It did not. I was supposed to get 2 packets of mayo. I did not. The fries were very good. The service was ok.

Please Charleys. Hire people with good attitude. One of the guys there seems a little frustrated, as if he doesn’t like his job.
We as drivers are also frustrated, the last thing we want to deal with, is other people’s bad attitude.
I was going to order 30 wings. But due to his way of answering and informing me, i decided not to.

The food is fine. But they always take forever to make the food. Any other Charley’s we have been to can get the same order done in 5-10 minutes.

Employees were nice enough, they probably don’t get paid enough to be nicer, the less said about my experience the better because the employees definitely aren’t at fault. Food was okay but the PRICE was OUTRAGEOUS, inflation has hit everyone hard but man it must’ve REALLY hit these folks. 20 dollars for spaghetti and meatballs is crazy and that price makes you think you’re gonna get a ton of it then you DO NOT. And even if it wasn’t crazy I still didn’t get any extra meatballs I paid for. Scamming people in 2025 is crazy ngl

I rarely leave reviews, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had. I clearly explained what I wanted multiple times, yet my sandwich was made wrong over and over again. After being called back the third time, I still received the incorrect food. At that point it was beyond frustrating. it felt like no one was actually listening or cared to get it right. Extremely disappointing.

I’m a trucker a female at that . Just order take out . Cashier had good customer service . But the cooks playing while cooking called out the wrong number whole time my food sitting there cold . Didn’t even put it in the box had it thrown in the bag like I’m trash . When I assume the supervisor told the cook call out the right number cook responded back it ain’t fresh anyway smh yall sick
