The food was good and came quickly. My only complaint is I ordered gourmet fries and she gave me ultimate fries, which my wife had ordered. So we had two ultimate fries. Other than that, I enjoyed it. Good mall Charley’s.

If I could give zero stars I would. No one behind the counter looked like they knew what they were doing. We asked for to go. They gave us dine in. I asked for a Philly cheesesteak with the normal toppings. I got a Philly cheesesteak with mayo lettuce and tomato. We also ordered a California chicken with bacon and regular toppings. No lettuce or tomato. They don’t know what they’re doing here.

The worst lemon peppers wings. The seasoning is too much that I cannot chew or swallow it. The combo cost $14 and the charge a $ for every dip. I have no choice to eat them but have to clean every wings. The service is also very small.

ordered a teriyaki boneless wings combo. wings were perfectly coated PLUS a little extra sauce drizzled on top with sesame seeds. i could tell they put a little extra love and artistry in my meal! fries and extra sauces covered/packed well so the wing sauce wouldn’t get on them. utensils included even though i forgot to include them. ready really fast and they waited to make my drink real quickly until i got there so it wouldn’t water down. 5/5 *chefs kiss*

Small philly cheesesteak with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers & small fry, total $14.26. There was literally 2 mushrooms that I can see, same with peppers & onions, also the tomatoes were inedible, green & still had the core. I rarely eat out and this is why! Fries were at least hot.

Ordered a large cheese bacon fry , drove all the way back to work to find a few fries and no cheese or bacon. The number is disconnected so I can not request a refund. Very disappointed even for a mall spot!

I got the large order of ultimate fries and it was loaded with cheese, not just the little bit thats usually on fries. My order had mushrooms on it, I wanted peppers, and they remade the sandwich for me as I requested. This is why I keep coming back to Charley’s. Thank you! 🙂
