I just left this Charley”s and it was a rude experience. I attended the counter where a young lady who kept looking at me while she stayed on the phone, not helping me with my order. I could hear her talking personal to whoever. She is at work and looked at me as if she didn’t want to serve me. I was patient and well dressed. I simply just walked away and she looked as if she didn’t care. I will not ever support this business ever again. Smh…

We come to Charley’s often for their Ultimate Fries, and Phillys.. However this location happens to be the worst around. The cashier tried to keep our change in the drawer after we already tipped! When requesting the change we got attitude, and upon receiving the food, we had old, cold fries. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, in fact, you’re better off spending your money in KC.

Not worth the price. There isn’t much meat on the sandwich. The meat is very dry. The man behind the counter had a hard time understand a family of 3 wanted more than one sandwich.

Well I ordered a large combo however I got a Regular size fry and soda with my large sandwich. At this place a large combo is just a large sandwich and if you want your drink and fries large too you have to pay even more than the fifteen dollar to begin with for a large combo that you ordered in the first place! So frustrating! A large combo should include a freaking large drink and fry!

False advertising. My food was not fresh it was nasty. I would not recommend eating here at all. It tastes like a warmed up quick trip cheddar beef sandwich horrible. Had the audacity to charge damn near 14 bucks
