My lunch at this location was very delicious and the service for checkout was speedy. I was even offered a sample before I could make my order. The sample I tried was a bit cold but it did not deter me from still ordering a fresh meal. Shout out to Gloria for having a positive smile behind the register. And also filling my cup up for a beverage to go.

The food was delicious and the sample lady was very nice. She allowed me a second sample and so I ordered the largest California sub. The owner actually pulls his weight and works the line here. That shows real leadership. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Charley’s is the best option in the foodcourt at Mid Rivers Mall, but also its a really good meal. The cheesesteaks are fresh and tasty and gotta love the pickle on top. The service is also very quick and friendly. They have different specials each day so its quite busy during lunch but service is quick and its a really good sandwich.

Me and my son love to eat at Charleys in Mid Rivers Mall every time we go there! The sandwiches taste so good! It is the only place we will stop to eat in the food court. Recently my son dressed up as Pikachu at Slackers in the mall. Totally topped off our day by taking a break at Charleys! It was extra good this time! My son likes their loaded cheese fries so I joined him. Yum! Service is quick and the staff is always friendly.

There was a fly in my strawberry lemonade , I went and got refund which was taken care of but I didn’t get any apology . The staff was very non caring and very non chalant about the situation . The manager came out to handle the transaction and said nothing, no apology . I will never go to this restaurant again .
