Had my first bad experience here today. I came up to meet my wife on her lunch break and I ordered just ultimate cheese fries and a drink. I eat one bite and my son needs to use the restroom so I leave my food on the table to take him. I come back and take one more bite before finding a small black hair in my food. I kindly say something to them, and the older gentleman who made my first set, gets an attitude and brings my fries over with the lid open and says “see here there is nothing there. Must have been your hair or someone elses cause its not ours.” Then proceeds to walk away saying see ya later sir. First off I am all but bald and my facial hair is redish brown not coal black. Second I didnt even have my food long and I dont hang my head over my food cause I get physically ill if I find even my own hair in my food. Third the hair was buried beneath bacon and cheese so it didnt fall off me or someone walking by. The attitude was uncalled for then the manager Carmen laughed about the guy giving me attitude. I have been eating here for years and this was the worst service I have had so I will find another place to eat.

Charley’s is the best option in the foodcourt , but also it’s a really good meal. The cheesesteaks are fresh and tasty and gotta love the pickle on top. The service is also very quick and friendly. They have different specials each day so it’s quite busy during lunch but service is quick and it’s a really good sandwich. I will be back

I love that there is a kiosk here so you can put in your own order and bypass the line of people waiting for the cashier. My order is always correct when they call out my order. Food tastes good, but for the price I wish the portions were bigger. This is not really the fault of Charley’s because they are in a mall, but the tables are always dirty and sticky.

I want to give a shout out to Carmen. Everytime I go she is absolutely wonderful. I wish I could give her a raise myself but corporate needs to make sure her and her awesome crew are rewarded for being the greatest!!!!!!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WITHIN THE PAST 2 WEEKS THAT I’VE GONE TO CHARLIE’S. THE FIRST TIME I WENT I HAD THE CHICKEN BREAST BONELESS LOADED FRIES AND A DRINK. THE FIRST COUPLE PIECES OF CHICKEN WERE OLD AND THE REST WERE FRESH. TODAY MY DAUGHTER WENT BACK AND ORDERED A CHICKEN BONELESS COMBINATION WITH LOADED OF FRIES AND DRINK. I ASKED HER WHERE WAS YOUR CHICKEN AND SHE SAID SHE THREW IT OUT BECAUSE IT WAS OLD. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BEFORE SHE CAME HOME BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THAT STUFF BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND. THIS IS RIDICULOUS BELIEVE ME I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW.
