Came here recently because we don’t have a location in Peoria and happened to be in town. My daughter and I went in and I thought I was in a movie. There’s a guy named Frankie taking your order and a guy cooking that was obviously born to grill a perfect cheesesteak. It’s what I imagine getting a real Philly cheesesteak in Philly is like. My daughter liked the kids boneless wings. The garlic parm sauce was super tasty. She loved the “free” oreo. The only thing I would change is having more delicious steak on the sandwiches, and it be a standalone spot instead of in a gas station. The lemonades with real fruit bits are also fantastic. Absolutely top notch

First-time customer. Ordered the California Chicken. The bread was awesome. The sandwich was lacking in flavor. So, it’s a California sandwich. What makes it California? Way too much, mayo. Needed half that. May I suggest an Avacado spread with a tad of citrus. Also, I had zero spices on my sandwich. It AT LEAST needed black pepper. An Avacodo spread (house made) using a bit of citrus (Lemon) and half the mayo, topped with a sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper. That would have made it “California.” I have to try the Cheesesteak, which is my next purchase. I will alter my review as I try diifent items. But, the California Chicken was good, but it could have been better. I give them a (B) until I can try more from them. Look at the pics. The mayo was overdone. Needed half that. I’ll be back later to try the Cheesesteak. I’m not trying to be picky, but the sandwich was lacking the “California” feel. I’ll keep it updated. Overall, so far, I rate a B. …Maybe you can impress me with the Cheesesteak?

This was hands down, the very best sandwich I have ever experienced. I had enough for leftovers to eat lunch. (No need to nuke it. The bread was still soft and the meat and cheese was still perfectly moist). Thanks to all of the Hirschbac drivers for exploring me to a new favorite diner!!

Very good food I would give them a 4.6 out of 5 just because the meat on the philly cheese steak was a bit salty. Added some fries to the cheese steak and it balanced it out.
