I come here fairly often as i do like the restaurant but it’s pretty far from my house. Today i ordered my usual and got chicken Philly extra everything no mushroom and ultimate fries well there was like no fries in the box maybe a handful and was just swimming in sauces and I didn’t even get a chicken Philly I got a steak Philly normal with mushrooms.

Ordered the regular cheessteak meal. Only the bread was regular size. The meat, onions, and cheese covered 2/3 of the bread. Fries were soaked in grease and inedible. The Coca-Cola was fantastic. No value whatsoever for the cost. Won’t be back.

Placed an order at 6:30pm, the system took our order, charged us, and even sent an update saying the order was ready. When we got to the store, it was closed and no one was there. Two Door Dashers showed up at the same time, so it wasn’t just an anomaly with us. If you’re going to be closed, make sure the website is updated appropriately and does NOT charge people for services you can’t provide.

My wife contacted the store today to resolve this issue. The person that answered the phone said it’s not their problem and “Corporate” handles refunds. When my wife asked for the corporate phone number, the individual hung up on her.

Service was ok, nothing to brag about. Now let’s talk cheezesteak. First 30$ for 2 sandwiches only 1 was a meal, im actually ok with paying that if the food was up to par. Yall gotta do better. Putting maybe 1.5 Oz of meat on a big peice of bread is crazy. Jersey Mike’s is way better. Yall are in competition with other restaurants. And this place was dead on Friday at 8. That may tell you something cuz panda was still busy.

Stopped in here yesterday 4/16/25 at the Rockford e state st location. as soon as I seen the new steak sandwich being cooked on the grill by employee Bounma I just had to have one. To my amazement it was the best sandwich I have eaten in a very long time and I will definitely be back for this same sandwich.
Bounma was very friendly and professional while helping customers. He made this Charley’s location worth going back to. Great job

My only issue is that you soend so much money on the food and if you want a sauce to go they still charge you an extra 50 cents so bring your own container!!!
