Greeted immediately upon entering.
No issues with ordering. We got a regular Philly cheesesteak and a chicken Philly. We dined in so order was brought out to us. They have a few tables to sit and eat at. I recommend signing up for rewards on the app for any potential promotions and then can scan to earn rewards prior to paying. Also could order on the app as well.
Our sandwiches and fries arrived hot. Everything was good til the last few bites that were really salty. Would recommend asking them for light or no salt and maybe adding your own in. Otherwise good visit.

This place has always been decent, never great. But a few weeks ago they sent me a coupon for 20% off a Cheesesteak. I had to go on the app but it didn’t work. I went to the restaurant anyway, figuring I’d show them their own app wasn’t working and they’d give me the discount, which probably amounted to $5. But the lady — I didn’t get her name, but she was a little Indian lady — she wouldn’t give me the discount even when I showed her the app wasn’t working. So I left. There have been since been maybe two or three times I would have gone there and decided not to because of my experience. And I have no plans to go again. And I’ll definitely speak unenthusiastically to my friends about Charley’s when the topic comes up. So the end result is maybe a couple of hundred dollars in lost revenue per year, plus this negative review, just because they wouldn’t honor one 20% coupon. It just seems like bad business to me. My advice is skip Charley’s and try Popeyes across the street.

Stopped in on our way home from a hockey trip. I would not say that I would go out of my way to go here, but I would eat there again. My son had the Philly Cheese Steak with cheese fries and I had the wings with bacon fries. Thought we would try both. The wings were ok, my son liked his sandwich and the fries were ok. If around here maybe stop in. We were there at 1:30 on a Sunday and it was pouring out, so we were the only customers the entire time.

Charley’s just recently opened at this location, and they have brought cheese steaks to the area! I came here during lunch to find the restaurant somewhat full, but with no line. I ordered the small standard philly cheesesteak, which took just under 7 minutes to be ready, and it was plenty of food for lunch. The sandwich was good, but nothing incredible for $8. I willy likely be back to try some other sandwich varieties, but will definetly order out. The atmosphere of this location is not very inviting, it seems rather cold and focused more on take out, but they do atleast have tables.

Came in 30 min before closing. Employees were already infuriated that we came in even though it says closing at 9. Was forced to order wings as grill was getting cleaned. I ordered 4 wings and they served me 4 scraps from the bottom of the bag. Do not come here.

Got my food to go and it was packaged in a way that the lettuce and tomatoes were still fresh when I got home. My heart was happy seeing this.
They also gave a generous amount of fries, like 5 guys does. Yumm
