We love this place and go at least once a week. Their Philly cheesesteaks are delicious and you have to try the Cajun fries. The owner is the nicest person and truly cares about his customers. If you haven’t eaten here yet then you’re missing out.

Chicken wings were heavily covered with sauce. I couldn’t finish them because two of them had bad taste despite being heavily covered with sauce. I also got no napkins with my pick up order.

Amazing food and amazing staff. The staff here are very friendly and talkative while you wait for your food which makes time fly. They double check with you on the kind of toppings you’d like which is nice in case you change your mind. The food is spectacular and very delicious. Definitely one of my favorite mall bites.

Delicious cheesesteaks and fry options. Strawberry lemonade is amazing! I always get a large cheesesteak with everything but mayo with ultimate fries. Always hits the spot! And my kiddos love the kids meals!

Wherever you go, Charley’s always delivers that same consistent yummy taste as well as solid customer service.
I suppose some folks especially if they grew up in PA may not agree with the taste as far as authenticity but for a chain, they seem to do pretty well.
My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA actually says Charley’s has a decent sandwich. There are literally at least a couple of thousand places in PA alone to get a cheesesteak and doesn’t necessarily have to be in Philly for a good one.
He grew up favoring cheesesteaks with just the red sauce & onions but out here it seems difficult to find a venue that will make it that way and also many places tend to use soft bread when it should be a bit on the hard side such as a hoagie roll.
Around here, this is one of maybe 3 different venues I’d go to when in the mood for a cheesesteak. Lately this location has been boomin’ with the closure of some fast food venues in the foodcourt in preparation of the Hawthorn 2.0 project.
Either way, Charley’s prices are still reasonable enough despite the inflated prices everywhere and always happy to support both franchise and local-owned businesses.

I work in the mall, so I like to support other businesses, as I’m in a family owned business my self. I’ve supported this location a lot of times and really didn’t like how I was treated but today takes the cake. The cashier lady took my order sent me on my way. Once I checked it was wrong, went back the second time claimed they fixed it, it was still wrong. Went back a 3rd time spoke with the owner who basically didn’t have time to hear what was wrong with the order or try to rectify the situation. Just gave me my refund and went about his business. Every single person in that establishment needs a class on customer service!!!!
