Hoed time and time again! Why yall used to be so good. Now yall just giving out scraps. This how you treat your troops? Ordered a 10 piece nuggets and got 9, it doesnt even look like 9 with these pieces i got. Its everytime i ask for nuggets im getting nothing. They count a broken piece as one. I have a picture to prove it too. Never again. I hope yall get swapped by a better restaurant.

It’s good for a quick fix being on base. We don’t mind coming here especially when there is shopping to be done. He enjoys the chicken Philly and I personally enjoy the bacon 3 cheesesteak.

I love Charleys at other bases. However, this location leaves a lot of be desired. I asked for no bacon on my fries and got bacon on it. The food takes incredibly long to get but to be fair they are tasty and hot when you finally receive it.
At the same time I understand that they are significantly understaffed because I saw the girl working the grill at lunch busting her butt. It just appears that they are not equipped to handle the heavy volume of patrons during the busy lunch hours. I visited on an especially busy day at the food court.

They have since updated their menu to include a broader selection of food. When I can get my sandwich cooked properly, it is delicious. However, the employees are often very sloppy about making the orders and I usually wind up with unwanted ingredients included in my food. Overall it is still a vast improvement over last year.
