We came as they were opening so they were just getting everything all ready. They were very fast and very friendly. The food was fantastic and they were willing to make a few request accomodations. It was so very filling and I appreciate that they have the extra seasoning at the food pick up area so you can add more to your fries if you are a seasoning lover!

I guess I’ll start off with my biggest complaint, which is the price. I literally ordered 1 regular (not large) Cheesesteak combo meal and 1 regular cheesesteak sandwich and 1 soda. Total was $28!!. Not sure if it’s just a sign of the times but that price alone will make me never come back. Food was just average at best. About what you expect at a Mall foodcourt. Employees wore gloves and seemed clean, but those prices!! No thanks

Absolutely always the best! I will not eat any other sandwich than here. The lemonade is always refreshing and cheers me up. The way they make your order before your eyes is mesmerizing and beautiful to me. The gentleman there are so sweet and kind. After getting out of work of working a 12 hour night shift and waiting for Charley’s to open to get great service I’m truly happy to have my day made. Their owner is a one of kind find he’s friendly and immediately corrected my order, to me he’s a true hero.

Did not see anywhere on their menu that says their sandwichs come with lettuce and tomoato by default. I am allergic to tomatos and thus could NOT eat the food! I am very disappointed as the last time I had Charley’s in 2022, lettuce and tomato was not default.
