The food was delicious, hot, fresh, added jalapeño definitely made it hot. Service lacks. The lady working the register was rude, had a very big attitude. I personally think first impressions are everything so with that said, I could not recommend this place.

If you like spicy, You have to try the MEMPHIS HOT. Got one today, and must say THIS PLACE is better than RED ROBIN. The MEMPHIS was my second sub there, and large Coke, Large fries, and the big MEMPHIS was just under $20, got to love it.

Terrible!! All the way from ordering to the way my food was handed to me the overall experience was immediately regretted. I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak and fries along with a mango lemonade. There were three guys working all with hair that hung over their head without any hair nets. The Philly was so small and wrapped as if I ordered a hot dog. It was literally not even as wide as my index finger. The fries were literally tossed into a small brown bag with nothing else so the entire bag was literally covered with grease. I wasn’t asked if I needed a bag or any condiments just simply handed something that was in no way shape or form worth $16. I came back to the counter for a bag or something and was given a small box that barely fit the fries inside. The lemonade was also very sour and I couldn’t taste any mango. Sadly I won’t be back. Prices have gone up everywhere and I immediately wanted my $16 and she change back.

So I got the 6 inch one because I thought it would just be shorter not way less meat. I am super disappointed by this, the girl who rang me up was very nice but this is just crazy, the girl who gave me the sub said since I got the 6 inch it’s only ONE piece of meet… and if I got the bigger one then it would look like the picture(I highly doubt that). I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a fatty delicious Philly cheese steak but If you like paying $11 for a tiny piece of meat then this is the place for you.
