I work in the mall and usually try to avoid coming here on my lunch breaks because I have never had a good experience with the staff. The food is fine but the staff is always on the phone/FaceTime or talking amongst each other while ignoring customers. I can’t order a drink,if I do stop here because they will ignore you and never get your drink for you. Today I placed an order at the kiosk and the woman behind the counter was not doing anything. The second I placed my order she half started my order and then walked into the back for 5 minutes just leaving it there. A different employee ended up having to come out to remake my order because they messed up the first time anyways.

Went there on a Monday. There was two staff. Only 1 person was making sandwiches and the other fries. The guy handled it good but he was alone on grill. It took ages to prepare a $54 order and that too messed up. We have to correct it ourselves by reminding what we are missing in the order and by showing receipt. Food was flavorless and blend. Poor taste. Portion size for fries and mozzarella sticks too little compared to the price they charge. I have never seen such low portion size anywhere. Drink size was good enough. And drinks were prepared accurately as ordered. No refills. I would say order 1 by 1 if you are a family or a group. Dont order 4-5 sandwiches in one receipt they cannot handle it without frustration because of short staff. This store is inside the 12 oaks mall. Lots of free parking. Public washroom available.

I had a great experience at Charley’s at Twelve Oaks Mall! Alan was amazing — he took the time to inform me about the rewards program and explained everything clearly. He was very patient while I placed multiple orders and never made me feel rushed. The customer service really stood out. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m definitely a fan of the establishment.
This particular location at Twelve Oaks Mall within the food court, the manager who goes by “Momma Tee”.. is always serving up a great Mood when it comes to serving the guest. Great hospitality great service and her passion for what she does is just excellent.
Just because of that, I’m a returning customer. She leads a great crew of hard working associates too. They all deserve a bonus!

The Philly cheese steak and chicken teriyaki were really good.
Also, shout-out to Alan, he knows the menu like the back of his hand. Plus, he was dealing with two registers at once and still killing it. Definitely deserves a raise.

It’s a bunch of teens work here and they are disrespectful, rude and clearly don’t want to work there. I feel bad for the manger as I repeat heard her ask the cashier to wipe down the counter tops. Then I had a problem with my order and she ask one of the 6 people in the back (standing around) to come fix it and she completely ignored her and myself. I asked for corporate number and the teen working the register stayed on her phone and ignored me and the long line of customers. My food was terrible and for the lack of customer service and as long as it took I’ll never come back. Hire people that want to work

The food was great, but the older lady on the Frontline taking your order was not so greatI watched this lady hustle tips from an elderly woman she gave her free drinks for a $2.00 tip. When I asked, could I have an extra scoop of watermelon syrup she told me NO I have to pay so I paid then I watched the next lady walk up again she gave her free up charges on her order still didn’t say anything but I won’t order again if this woman is on the Frontline I always tip but she didn’t deserve a tip not because she didn’t give me anything but because she was scamming customers
