Every time I go to this location, there always seems to be something. One time I got my food, but had to wait 15 extra minutes until I was able to flag someone to get my drink. Employees are always rude and I’ve even seen/heard them argue with customers. This time I had ordered ranch for the cheese sticks and I got bleu cheese that smells terrible, is separated, and almost looks like it should have been Italian dressing for how discolored it was. Not sure if they made sure it was refrigerated or not. The cheese sticks and sandwich were still good.

These burnt charcoal briquettes are the chicken nuggets they gave for my kids meal. They were rock hard. The employees were rude and seemed put out doing their job. They were so rude I didn’t feel comfortable going back to ask for a refund so I went and got my kid food from somewhere else. Would not recommend and will not return.

Horrible place customer service is literally non existent. I walked up never ate here before the 4 guys working were standing around talking, never acknowledged me once. I had to place my order on a kiosk so i placed my order and stepped to the side. Watched them throw some slop into the box and not even put it in a bag for a to go order. After i placed the order i realized it’s filthy and disgusting looking on the outside

The atmosphere of this mall food court might not be everyone’s taste, but the food was good – the queue on a Saturday proves that Charleys is one of the more popular places at that food court. When trying the ordering machine it was out of paper and couldn’t print a receipt; staff were attentive though and printed a receipt, with the order number. The wait was under ten minutes during that busy time. The special jalapeño bacon steak was tasty, the bread was a bit small so that the meat fell out, bit messy to eat as a result.

Have gone to Phillys countless through the mobile app to skip the line and questionable service. However, everytime I order they always mess up my order somehow. Usually, it is adding tomatoes when I asked for them to be removed (annoying but I just pick them off), but now it has become removing Mayo randomly when that was not asked for in the order or keeping mushrooms in when asked to be removed. I am not sure if its an issue with the app or staff, but please do not get food at this location if you are a ‘picky eater’ at all and will not eat one thing on the cheesesteak. Otherwise, (if made right) the Philly cheesesteaks are pretty good here.

Workers clearly don’t want to be there. Forced me to use their kiosk, after waiting in line 15 min to place in person. In doing so, I paid ~$10 to customize my items (seeing the option) and was told after payment that they didn’t have any of it. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I could show them that they owe me a partial refund. Waited 20 minutes for the main food to be ready, when they handed me my fries and mozzarella sticks right away. Meaning they were cold and soggy by the time my sandwiches were ready. No straws, no ice in my beverages. I watched a worker (with gloves on) touch another worker and use the same gloves to cook. Yall are messed up bad at this location…uses to be good.

I’m a big fan of the food at Charlie’s but this location at Great Lakes Crossing could use a boost of customer service, cleanliness and over ordering efficiency. There is literally only one kiosk to order from and that is it. Makes for a long and inefficient line. All the equipment and countertops are always dirty and the employees don’t seem to care about customer service or have any sense of urgency for getting orders out.

This place is slow and disgusting. It took 20 minutes to get my sub and another 20 minutes to get an order of fries. There was garbage and food all over the floor and sauces squirted all over the walls. Food prep area was nasty. Tossed my food out. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund.

The Chicken Teriyaki Sub. was very good, but it would have been messy to eat if I hadn’t borrowed a fork and knife from next door. I like the messy ones, but Charleys might consider having plastic wear available. The fries were hot and fresh.
