It’s in a mall. The food was hot and pretty good. I got a regular cheesesteak and was probably the hottest food I’ve had in a while. Service was quick. Overall recommended for quick bite.

I had a Philly cheese steak. The quality was decent, but not particularly impressive. I could tell that the beef had a slight odor. However, the most significant letdown was the cost. It seemed expensive for such a small portion. Additionally, they charged an extra $1 fee for refilling your drink. Moreover, there was no private or separate seating available; it was situated in the middle of the Circle Mall. Nevertheless, the overall ambiance wasn’t unpleasant.

Got a medium strawberry lemonade, it was massive! The drink had so much flavor and a lot of strawberry pieces. The strawberry pieces really added to the flavor. I mobile ordered & they waited until we arrived to make sure it wasn’t watered down. I also tried the “Old School Cheesesteak” and it lacked flavor considering how much money it costs. It was hard to eat due to the meat falling out. Basically wasn’t a sandwhich if I had to use a fork. Maybe it was just this menu item that lacked flavor.

The food is good, but they’ve been pretty consistently bad with not starting online pickup orders until you arrive at the location, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance to pick up at or around the supposed pickup time. I understand if an order takes a bit to get started if the mall is busy, but I have also arrived at the location when there is absolutely no activity to find that my order has not been started, with employees not even being out to prepare the order. It has happened several times that employees will be in the back until the moment I arrive to come out to prepare the order, and not a single time have I arrived at this place after placing an order with up to 30 minutes in advance sometimes to find that my order is still not even in the process of preparation. Not worth it at all if you’re looking to save yourself some time by using the app to order ahead, especially when the mall is busy. They will literally wait until you show up to start preparing your food. I have never had this issue with other restaurants in the mall that are able to receive online orders.

Thought the sub was good, it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures do, when you order a sub, you shouldn’t be able to eat the whole thing, you should always be able to save the other half for later. Not impressed

As a food connoisseur i try all kinds of places an the one place that i always come back to any time im in fort wayne indiana is charlies philly cheesesteaks they have the utmost amazing philly i highly recommend them they are located inside the mall at the food court an if you want a mouth watering sandwich you come here

Food wasn’t ready when they told me it would be. I was very disappointed with the Cajun fries and the Philly cheesesteak!! Had Charley’s in Chicago and everything was excellent. Ft.Wayne needs to step up it’s game
