Wasn’t the greatest customer service ever gotten, my best friend and i had to repeat ourselves about what flavors we wanted for our wings. I think it was due to a language barrier i guess? Our food came to us kinda messy and tasted kinda off for wings. Definitely not a fan of this location.

I got a bacon cheesesteak, wings, fries and a lemonade.

The cheesesteak was good and I would definitely get that again.
The wings were too hard and were not enjoyable.
The lemonade was so sweet, I threw it away after one sip.
The fries were fine.
The lady at the counter was nice even though we could not understand each other in the beginning.

I gave 4 stars because I am not one to go lower than that because I want businesses to thrive and improve.

VERY RUDE!!! GAVE ME SALAD DRESSING INSTEAD OF DIPPING SAUCE!!! RILLED HER EYES OPENED TYE PACK AND TOLD ME I OPENED THE PACK!! I have been coming here for several years, especially since I am employee who works at this mall. This was one of my favorite restruant choices to get food. Especially during my break times. I was spoken rudely to and was interrupted multiple times by a female employee. She smacked her lips at me multiple times and did not listen to my order. After explaining to her that I wanted the 2 for $10 deal, she tried charging me $40 extra on things I didn’t want, and when I explained to her that is not what I ordered she argued with me saying “That is your order”. While explaining to her that is not what I wanted, she made rude gestures towards me with her hands like a teenager who is upset with her parents.

I have never had this issue before, but lately the employees have been extremely rude. This used to be my favorite food place to go to but since this incident I will no longer come here again.

Tried a sample earlier which was pretty good. I walked back later with my kids and wife for dinner and wouldn’t you know it they closed early and wouldn’t serve us. They should really put that they close at 7:30 since you can’t get food up until 8 like it’s supposed to be. Thank God chick fil a was still open until the time they were supposed to be. I wonder if your GM or owner know that your doing this? Well either way they will now. Do better

This is the third time I’ve ordered and they have added tomatoes and onion even though I’ve asked for it not to be on it, they have clearly seen it it’s on the screen and still out it on it thank God I don’t have an allergy to any of them if this wasn’t the third time this has happened I wouldn’t be upset like I am. Yes I can taste both the tomatoes and onion even after removing it by hand.

I waited 15 minutes for my order to be completed just for not to be the accurate order. The cashier wanted to argue with me about I ordered the lemonade that strawberry lemonade is so sweet that I can’t even drink it I asked for fries I was wondering if that’s why my order took 15 minutes but my fries aren’t well done so I’m not sure why the order took so long just for it to be in accurate

When i went it was extremely busy. They messed my order up. But i took a survey and told them about my experience and they made it right 110% i will definatly be going back to this location. They love to keep there customers happy and i love business who make things right. Thank you to the owner and Miss Peggy!!! The food is amazing and awesome for the price. See ya soon!!!!

The staff is great! Down to earth, conversational, and fun, but the last time I was there they messed up my order. I tried to call and have it fixed but no one answers the phone. I just wanted my order fixed. I still have 5 stars for the staff alone, besides I think the only reason my order messed up was because the manager or someone came in and temporarily distracted the employees.
