So just brought home takeout. Our fries were missing. Had to look up the number because none is listed on the receipt. Called 3 times. Nobody bothered to answer. So after a morning of shopping, this is no longer the place to go.

I bought 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches one with everything and the other without. I brought them home and took them out the box only to find half the meat and cheese stuck to the cardboard box . Very disappointing . Also The number they have listed online is disconnected so there’s no way for me to contact someone .

Very clean fast and friendly. The food is fantastic! You might think it’s a little pricey but believe me you get what you pay for in both quantity and quality. Almost makes you think you are not in a food court anymore. Also has great lemonade and I have never gotten a flat soda. It’s just a little messy so grab lots of napkins.

I hate that they took away their steak loaded fries you can’t even get steak added on to them. I have to order a whole steak sandwich and add them to the fries myself which is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes people are nice most of the time the staff has an attitude. We go back because the food is good but the service is seriously lacking.

I think I will be taking a break from this eatery. The lady that was working the register today needs to find a job where she doesn’t have to work with people. First of all walked up to counter and she was on her phone and never once did she look up. Her coworker had to walk over from the grill before she would even acknowledge us. Her attitude and demeanor was of a person that had better things to do besides take our order. Do I even need to mention that she got our order wrong. The rest of the crew was very nice, but if she is working I will not be eating there. The saddest part about it is after my order was corrected the food was good.

I have always supported Charleys in the Eastwood mall, but today was a bad experience. We ordered as usual, person taking the order was nice. We go to the end where you confirm and pick up your order. We told both ladies that the onions were supposed to be grilled for the sandwich, they ignored us, continuing with making the sandwich, so we say it again, she said Well its not written on our end that way, we showed her the receipt, she said again, not my problem, then she said well if its that important i guess i can redo it.. We said never mind, ill take it as is…So then we ask for 2 forks and salt…Once again they acted like we was asking for their life.I have never experienced a neg. attitude ever from this establishment until today. Very disappointed!!!

Amazing food. I loved the sandwich I got. The best Philly I’ve eaten around here. I would definitely recommend this place if your in the area and you like Philly sandwiches. The prices werent bad neither I was happy with everything and will definitely be going back when I’m in the area. The food was made right in front of my eyes fresh and it was hot and good.
