I’ve been to several Charley’s locations, and this is definitely one of the better ones. Nice, updated location conveniently located in Tower City Center. Easy to access via any of the rapid lines.

The service is fast and the fresh made to order. Sandwiches are made hot off the flat top grill. The first sandwich is the Pepperoni Cheese Steak. The second sandwich is the Chicken California. They are both delicious in my opinion. If you get any of the regular sandwiches it’s worth the buy. Also get yourself some of those bacon cheddar fries with ranch dressing. It’s really good.

This is my first and last time ordering delivery from this location. I order a large buffalo chicken sub with no mayo. A bottle of water and cheese and bacon fries with jalapeños. When my ordered arrived I had a chicken Philly with mayo on it, no cheese fries. But they happened to had one thing right which was the water bottle. ♀️ so I had to go to the physical store and show them my receipt. But long story short I’m not ordering from this store again.

Charleys is always my go to when I don’t know what to eat. I have the rewards and I definitely utilize it. I have been to 4 different charleys in my area and all of them have been amazing. Keep up the good work everyone and please know there are people out there like me who do appreciate the hard work. I was General Manager of a Jimmy John’s and I know how hard it is! I’ll give it 3 stars here only because the food is actually pretty good. The customer service and the hours absolutely stink though.
Not sure who’s allowing it, but the place opens at 8 am. THREE times in the past month I’ve arrived after 8 (8:15, 8:30, and finally 8:45 am) and while there are TWO staff members there, they arrive AT 8 and start setting up for breakfast. And somehow it’s my fault for showing up too early…? No.
Needless to say I did not get breakfast those times because they weren’t ready. When prompted about when they would be ready, each time the answer was the same: 45 minutes. So I’m really unsure how this place is in business.
UPDATE 2/18/2020:
They’ve stopped making breakfast, apparently. I wonder how many others complained. Of course they didn’t bother telling anyone they’ve done this. So I’ve reduced my rating to 2 stars

This place deserves 10 stars for their amazing service. You get a friendly greeting when your order is taken and all the way down the line are friendly people preparing your meal. It is always a pleasure to visit this location. Food is good too.
