I usually go here when I get tired of eating everything else in the food court. I usually always see the same three ladies working when I do. They always smile and they’re always nice when I order! The owner is always sweet as well when she’s there! Chicken is always great as are the sandwiches. Now, with the boneless chicken, I just wish Everytime I order it, I don’t have to wait 6 minutes as the bone-in is always ready. I don’t mind waiting when I don’t really care about my lunch time and that’s most times, but imagine if I didn’t have time to wait ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. Overall, I love the staff here and the food is always pretty good!

If you have time, damn good pre-security Bacon 3 cheesesteak – smothered shredded cheddar, 1 slice of provolone and Swiss with great bacon. $5.xx (!!) extra for combo. 12” sandwich + some mediocre fries is very filling, even on my empty stomach. Very slow at 12:00pm on a Wednesday.

I arrived to the restaurant to only find out that fries weren’t available. Well as I asked more questions… it’s not that the fries were sold out or they were out of stock the fryer was turned off 15 minutes prior due to the restaurant closing at 6:30. Well I thought they closed at 6:30 but it’s really at 7 they close. I have never been told at other locations that fries weren’t available. This location is in need of support from corporate. Signed a concerned consumer.

I love Charley’s and it’s no knock to the food, if it were the right food. The last two times I’ve ate at this location they’ve got my orders wrong. They used to be so good at this location too, but the new cashiers/cooks seem to be too busy gossiping rather than paying attention to what their customers are saying. If you’re going to be in a customer facing position you should be paying attention to your customer.
