The service was ok. Nothing that stands out. But what do you expect from teenagers? The Philly cheese steak was great. The fries were supposed to be Cajun season but it wasn’t that seasoned.

These were so good & they weren’t too high as far as price. They make it all right in front of you. There was a line when we went but it was also lunch time too so we expected it. But these were def some of the best ones we have ate locally & will def be back. Love the artwork on the take out boxes & paper that goes under ur food, it’s pretty cool.

Update. The mask police are evidently behind the counter.. We went in and one in our group was refused service because he forgot his mask. Now I get it but if your in the dinning area you don’t ha e a mask to eat. Don’t have to single the guy out or be rude.
That being said the service is not what it was a few months ago.

Excellent service, the food was great. It was my first time at Charleys. The cashier helped me choosing from the menu. 100% recommend the Teriyaki Chicken!

My sister and I both had severe stomach aches like food poisoning after eating our food which was poorly made and wrongly priced! The cook was not very nice he was hostile the entire time and our food basically looked like day old sandwiches. I’m so disappointed and never buying from there.

The small Chicken sandwich and fries is only $5.49 (no tax). Its both hot and delicious… a great deal! I buy my soda in the PX, though. Great service, too!

My husband and I each ordered a regular Baja chicken cheesesteak and i ordered a medium fry and a large peach iced tea on the side. The associate that took our order started to make a small lemonade and I politely let her know we ordered a large. She said she didn’t know how to do that with new system so I said that I would pay for a large and just keep the small. She rudely said, it’s fine I’ll just give it to you.
As we were waiting for our order I realized we were charged for 3 sandwiches. Not wanting to deal with the original person, I talked to the cooks and let them know that we were charged for 3 sandwiches. They argued and said that we didn’t despite being charged 23 dollars for 2 sandwiches, a fry and a drink. When I pointed it out to them I said that we would be fine with taking the sandwich we were charged for and not a refund. I felt so uncomfortable, but I didn’t want to leave while paying for a sandwich we didn’t end up getting. We won’t be back, not that it really matters lol.
Also, don’t order the peach lemonade. It’s canned peaches cut up in lemonade. It’s gross.
