I ordered a regular chicken Philly with no pickles lettuce or tomato. It came with it and the cook grabbed a fresh roll and wiped off all the veggies and half the meat . You will never see me back . 27 dollars and this

Meat is so low quality and oily, and the buns so thin and flimsy that I couldn’t even pick it up because it was instantly saturated with grease. The whole thing just fell apart. And the meat just tastes bad. The small cup of buffalo sauce I asked for on the side would have helped cover that up… but that was $0.65 extra. Told me I’d have to go through the line again to pay for it. Would be nice if that was listed or mentioned anywhere.
Not even willing to give these guys another chance. Just another place to add to the growing list of places I used to like, but will never go again.

One of the employees yelled at us from across the food court to not walk on the floor because she had just mopped it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I didn’t even bother ordering and won’t try to again.

Love their cheesesteaks but I had a bad customer service experience today. I came in today at 4:45 pm and the woman who took my order was very rude and unwelcoming. She took my order and was chewing gum and blowing bubbles while talking to me. Also, in the middle of taking my order before I could finish saying what I wanted, she turned around and started pulling out fries and left me talking. I am not a picky person but it is really annoying to give your money to a business who does not train their employees properly. I hope this gets fixed

Worst Philly cheesesteak I have ever had. Overloaded with salt, onions and peppers crunchy instead of soft cooked, no provolone offered (just American), bun largely tasteless. I was raised in Philly, had my first cheesesteak on a hoagie roll over 60 years ago. Charlie needs to visit Philly and see how it’s done right.
