Terrible place. The staff were rude. The cashier said she would take my order and the walked off to have conversation with a friend in the mall. She then directed her friend to come to register to take their order. My order was eventually placed and was cold as the staff take door dash orders and prioritize those orders. Possibly the only time ive see my food made to order and then sit at the end of the line whole door dash/ uber eats orders are filled. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets – maybe the grease burns up the hair if it gets in your food? Food was too cold to enjoy – threw the order away as the there was no reason to complain to staff that dont care. I got Chick Fil A. One of the worst places in the mall and the only reason they have a line is because they are incompetent. Dont bother.

Food is amazing. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken in Regular size and my wife ordered the Chicken Teriyaki, they were both delicious (mine tasted better, haha).
The bad – Normally customers can refill their drinks at Charlie’s, but this location doesn’t have the fountain drink station available to customers, so the customers cannot refill as they desire.
I’ll attach a photo of the food, but I was 60% finished with my sandwich before I remembered to share how amazing it was today.

I ordered the turkey bacon club sandwich. I ate a couple of bites of the sandwich and the smell was bad. My family smelled the sandwich and the turkey was bad on the sandwich. I tried to call the phone number and it was unavailable. Tried to call the other JC store and they had the same number. I was sick after eating the sandwich so I didn’t want anyone else to eat that meat. Will not be going back!

First time going to a Charley’s and will probably be a while before I go again unless its to another location. This location is extremely slow. My family got food from another vender at the mall and finished their meal before I sat down with my order. And as for the bacon cheese fries, the bacon could be cooked more and have a bit more cheese on the fries. I’ll stick with the other venders at the mall and get more bang for my buck. Only positive i can give is I got $1 off for my next combo meal next time I go. Think I’ll give it to someone in the 20+ minutes waite line next time I go.

Worst Charley’s around. Staff is extremely rude and actually refuses to serve customers when they are open. Myself and a few co-workers come to the mall to eat every Tuesday and very rarely can you get Charley’s because the staff would rather hide in the back instead of do the job they get paid for. Took this pic of people lined up and not a single employee in sight.
