Got the old fashioned, which comes with double meat, for extra money. This cost 16.00 dollars without fries or a drink, and I am pretty sure this isn’t even single meat. Won’t be giving this a second chance. Extremely disappointing after working all day. Better food was available in the food court, and I’m sad I didn’t go to a different restaurant.
Finished the sandwich, and could honestly count the onions on two hands.
The cheese sauce was practically non existent, glad I got a pretzel at auntie Ann’s too, cause I’m still hungry.
I’ve been to Charlie’s before in Texas, and it was actually really good, but this location needs some work.

Watched 2 people return their food due to wrong food as I waited for my order to be taken . Should have known to leave. Tried to order food multiple times and the lady did not understand I wanted a simple combo with mozzarella sticks added on. She UNDER charged me then gave me back 2$ and then did not take the proper order. I gave up and Ended up just letting her give me what ever she understood I wanted to … sent my kid to get me a drink from chik fila as I was over the challenge of ordering. Got food it was silly small amount of meat I watched the cook ditch half my meat in the grease trap cause it stuck to the spatula . Mozzarella sticks were cold ….. just don’t do it .

As soon as I walked in Charley’s Smelt very clean and looked sharp for the interior!. The Manager immediately greeted us and was super Friendly! . Asked if it was our first time here and it was!!!.
He immediately recommended me to the New peppercorn A-1 sandwich (as you see in the picture!) Which was very good and different!!. You definitely get alot meat in your sub which I like so the sandwiches here will get you full!!.
The cheese bacon fries were okay! I love cheese and bacon don’t get me wrong but this had too much cheese for me to handle..thus I couldn’t finish them. But if your a cheese lover..then this is for you!!.
Overall I enjoyed Charley’s great service ,good atmosphere and big subs to get you stuffed!!! Not too expensive especially for what you get!!!

I was about to order and all 3 employees were just standing at counter didnt ask if they could take my order just chatting away also another employee was eating a sandwich over the station where they make food and than talking and eating the sandwich while talking to employees I will no longer be eating at this location in the mall and will be telling others that is unsanitary . Hopefully manager was not one of employees. They need to be restrained on servesafe certification.

You get exactly what you paid for: good food! My husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak meal and I ordered the Bacon 3-cheesesteak meal. For the fries we chose the loaded ones, and when I say loaded, I mean they had so much cheese sauce, ranch, and bacon bits!! The fries were loaded enough to fill you up before you get to eat the cheesesteaks. We got strawberry lemonades and they were in big cups with chunks of strawberry inside! Really great food and lemonades, absolutely loved the fries

Warming to everyone. When you order a combo the drinks do not come with it. Even thought they show on the picture. False representation. But when they ring you up the combo shows up on register with no drink. Basically ripping people off.

First the employees do not clean their knifes and transfer mayo and other substances to food that do not require it.
Then you tell them why are they doing it and they get bothered and so oh you need to wait for fresh bread then. It was their error.
Then we ordered the food with cheese and of course cheese on the sandwich.
You pay $42 for a decent lunch but the attention is not there.

I don’t know what happen to this place 2 years ago the quality and quantity of the food was good and good amount. Where fries were in boxes or in a boat to now small Styrofoam box. It seems it franchise owner has made cut backs and it shows spent $30 dollars and paid extra for more cheese and meat but didn’t meet expectation or satisfaction it seems that you’re better off driving the extra 20 minutes to the Charlie’s near Walmart where the manager and employee ask you if you were happy with your meal or need anything else.

Went here today to order food. Noticed the cashier getting little trays of fries from up under the counter, off of a rack close to the floor. Fries are open and exposed. I asked her how long they had been down there, she said 3-4 hours. So freaking unsanitary. I just walked off. Nasty
