First and Last time. It tastes how it looks, no lettuce, and won’t even give whole tomato slices. Bacon Chipotle Chicken, Regular($10.29). Chicken Philly, Regular($9.29). Delivery $4.99. What I was given was Nothing like the advertised sandwiches(Pictures Attached)

The “store owner” Sean Randell was taking orders out of sequence, attending to customers before properly entering previous orders into the system. When it was my turn to order, Sean began taking my order while still assisting another customer. When I was in the middle of telling him my order, he got overwhelmed and told me to “hold on.” When I inquired why he had asked me to order if he wasn’t ready, he became rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. I have consistently observed that the restaurant appears to always be understaffed, I have also witnessed the “ store owner” treating employees poorly, yelling at them in front of customers for not doing things at the pace he wants them to, I’m sure he’s always understaffed because of the way he treats his employees. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope you will take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and that the workplace environment is improved for the staff.

This is the most awful service I have ever seen the guy who told me he was the owner which I do not believe refused to serve me because he was pissed at his employees wanted me to scream my order over to him.. wouldn’t listen to what I wanted then completely refused to take my order and said he didn’t care! Absolutely disgusting behavior this place was. If I could give less than zero I would.

The man working here was so rude, literally told us to “take [our] business elsewhere” over HIS mistakes. Charged us almost the price of a large combo for a regular combo, got the order wrong, handed us the wrong drink size and proceeded to make us give back the drink even though he couldn’t reuse it anyways. Never said where to put the drink, and when we put it on the glass, he made US grab it and move it to the drink counter. After one of us pointed out that he didn’t say where to put it, we were told “Why don’t you just take your business elsewhere?” Not even sure how the combo issue is possible, short of him intentionally adjusting the price.

Labor Day, maybe those who were working shouldn’t have been. The lunch wasn’t made with any dedication or professionalism. The person had to take care of the purchase, cut the bread, make the lunch, among other things. The bread wasn’t warmed up as usual. The bacon in my lunch was cold because it had been ready for some time. Sad experience. I hope those in charge will do something for the employees so that they are satisfied with their work, something that didn’t seem to happen.

I was about to place an order when I see the employee dropping a cup to the floor, picking it, and putting it back with the clean cups. They have no respect for customers.

The manager is very stingy and teaches employees not to fill drink all the way up when you ask for no ice. This actions makes him admit that he puts lots of ice to give less soda or drink. He is also following COVID-19 rules to the point that he won’t take any cups back for refills but the rules don’t apply to him bc he was not wearing his face mask properly. He had his face mask covering his chin instead of his mouth and nose. He is a dictator and dictates as he pleases to customers and his employees.

Went to order some dinner to go at 7:40 pm friday night 11/22. Young lady at register started taking our order and we were interrupted by an extremely rude employee (who conveniently took off his name tag before sending customers away) saying that the kitchen and grill is closed (the mall closes at 8) and to stop taking orders. She cancelled out our order and we were sent away. Not sure why this location is closing 20 minutes early on a friday night. Certainly will not be returning
