Never will I ever order from this location again. Go to the bay on the other side of the mall. I’m adding a picture of the “dry rub” boneless wings I received.
They’re swimming in grease and I took a bite (for science lol)- whatever fryer oil they came out of tasted old and burnt like it hadn’t been changed. I can’t believe this was served.
Honestly I’m disgusted simply by the amount of oil it looks like they dumped into the container. It my dad had said something or shown me, I would have driven all the way to the mall to return them. However he kind of just puts up (the kind of person where if they bring him the completely wrong dish at a restaurant he’d still eat it) and doesn’t say anything.
The nuggets were ordered as a second item (the other item was the cheesesteak, which was fine) to take home when I left my office so I had never looked at them when received. I have previously ordered the same item two weeks ago from the other Charleys cheesesteaks in the mall and they were amazing- I wish I had a picture of that one to show as a comparison. They were DRY and a completely different color (and yes, I checked my receipt, I ordered the same thing).
Avoid this location and walk to the one across the mall.

Phillips Cheeese Steak was good, some dry but good. Good flavor. Customer service was great and fast. This place did not impress me. Take care with fryes some are raw.

The cashier ( Keadely)who took the order was extremely professional and the cooks and servers were quick. It took me less than 15 minutes to devour my food. Everyone did an excellent job!

I work in the mall and customer service is the number one thing we should all be focusing on and this location does not have customer service. Of all the charlie’s I’ve ever been to.I’ve never had to argue with the associate over an extra cup of ranch.

Charleys Cheesesteaks at the Sawgrass Mills Food Court is a reliable favorite of mine. The Philly Cheesesteak is flavorful and served hot, making each bite a delight. The fries were freshly made, hitting the spot just right. To top it off, the strawberry lemonade was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying and delicious meal.

These guys freaking suck big time! Not only did they mess up a simple order but no picks up the phone. It’s impressive that companies hire people who do t want to work. Literally called the store 15 times and no one will answer the phone. Try calling and see how it tells you that the mail box is full. How does a manager recieve calls to the store how does a GM get a hold of an employee at this store. It’s crazy to me how these people function. I would fire everyone there and rehire people who actually want to work and recieve a check. Not only am I leaving this review but I will be contacting corporate because this is out of control. I wouldn’t spend my money here if I was anyone. I hope management see’s this review.

A little bit disappointed when looking at the menu’s picture in comparison to what you get.
The meat is real thin and this is why the chicken was dead dry.
The fries are crispy and tasty.

Went to get food here after a long day at work and only when I got home did I look and see that I only got 4 out of the 5 items that I ordered. I tried calling the store 4 times and no one picked up, plus their mail box was full. So I drove back out to try and get the item I paid for and didn’t receive. And got turned away because there was not any food lefted over and it’s been to long. How would there be food lefted over if they didn’t even make it the first time right. So I wasted my money and didn’t receive my food. I’m just bummed out, because this is the first time this has happened for me at this location. But to not to try and make it right is disappointing when it was their mistake.
