I love Charleys Cheesesteaks! Today I placed an online order and when it received it, it was incorrect. I called back and spoke with a young lady who just happened to be the new GM (Chasity). She did not hesitate to ask what the issue was (we didn’t debate about it at all). She assured me that she would be happy to remake my order and was very, very polite and professional.
