Have ordered the Philly cheese steak sub with onion mushrooms and extra mayo, to different days and there was very little mayo and onions and not one mushroom to be found. I have eaten at Charley’s before different location food was great. But orange park mall location could use someone who know how to make an order as ordered. Won’t be going there again. Thanks

Wanting a snack, but not knowing what I wanted I went with a classic-some fries. I saw I could load them up with cheese, bacon, and ranch. I love loaded fries when they are done right. These didn’t disappoint. I’m sure the fries could carry themselves without the toppings. They are just the right amount of crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were cooked to order. Yum! For being loaded up they weren’t overpriced! I look forward to another box on my next trip in to the mall.

Ordered a chicken Philly combo togo , watched the man make my sandwich all good,, the guy making the fries put frozen fries into the frier all good… then proceeds minutes later to gather up all old fries from fry station and dump them into the new fries cooking… I asked him what in the world did you do that for thats gross and ruined all the fries.. he said nothing and ignored all … worst place to eat and no telling what there doing to your food. Should not be handling food

The cheese steaks here are perfect! I have eaten plenty of cheese steaks from other restaurants and food trucks. Although not as big and hardy, there is just something about their take on it that tastes better to me. I did once try the buffalo chicken and wasn’t a big fan. I just stick to the basic #7 and I am good to go.

If I could give a trillion stars I would. I have not had a Philly like that in SO long!!! They are now my hyper fixation to cure my ADHD!!! I broke my fast just to give them a try. Needless to say my fast is over. I’ll be getting a big one tonight for dinner……again!!!! I am absolutely insanely impressed. Very good. VERY VERY GOOD. You will not be disappointed!!!

Beware of the attitude from the employees when you voice an opinion about paying $2.68 for a 12 ounce drink and then an additional $.54 for a refill. Yes, I was unaware of the refill charge. No, I wasn’t trying to get endless refills. Just one. But paying $3.22 is highway robbery. But don’t fret over folks, it’s company policy. Charley’s Philly steaks should be ashamed!!!

Waited for over 45 minutes for them to open- was supposed to open at 12- by 1215 they were walking around looking at us and other than yelling at us that they weren’t open yet at a couple minutes after 12- they ignored us. We drove 45 minutes just for this place- thankfully there was a smoothie place that saved my lunch. Completely disappointed.

18 dollars for a small sub fries and a drink not very good. Plus no refills allowed because of covid is ridiculous. You have to buy a whole new drink for a refill at this place. I’ll never eat here again.

I definitely won’t be returning here. I ordered a #7 and when I got my food I had no fries. Then I found out it was not included in the #7 so I paid the extra 2 bucks and got a regular size. Then I went to eat one and they was extremely hard and burnt. Now that’s where I have the issue. Disgusting and disappointing.
