I just moved to the area. And every time I drive by. I look at the menus and all the food looks so good. Today 1/10/26. I finally came in to eat and oh man. Just as delicious as the picture and the presentation of the food was perfect. Super friendly services. Everyone said hello when I walked in Very clean restaurant. I will definitely be coming back to eat here again. I will definitely tell other people to eat here and bring my family to eat here as well. 10/10 good good food. And my meal was under 10$ Even better

yummy food. i got the mango habanero boneless wings and they were really good, most places dont know how to make good mango habanero sauce but this place did very. great portion of fries. good amount of dressing. and the lemonade was delicious. came here with my bestie and she shares the same regards. 10/10 would come again. OH also the staff was nice and that’s always important.

Stopped in today and the experience unfortunately didn’t match the reputation of “America’s #1 Cheesesteak.”
I placed my order with a cashier who showed zero emotion—no smile, no greeting, and no sense of urgency. I waited 17 minutes for my food, and it took 12 minutes just to get my drink. For a fast-casual spot, that’s rough.
I ordered the Bacon 3 Philly, and I guess the “bacon” part means one small piece of bacon. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the photos or menu boards. For a regular combo at $16, you expect something that resembles the advertised product.
The flavors were okay, but overall it was disappointing—especially considering the long wait, lack of customer service, and underwhelming portion of bacon. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Been putting off trying charleys for months and finally gave in. Sooo disappointed. Got the bacon 3 cheese steak, prime bbq cheese steak and Philly cheese steak. I was trying to post pictures of my food but didn’t have the option. The bacon steak had one limp slice of bacon , hardly any toppings and just mild salt taste. The bbq sandwich did not have the onions or jalapenos it was supposed to and only had one slice of bacon. Again, it hardly had any toppings. The only thing I could taste was the bread and bbq sauce. Oddly, my wife’s philly had more than twice the meat mine had, go figure. Sadly, her sandwich was bland and tasted nothing like a cheese steak. The two good things were the Cajun fries and the lemon pepper wings which were nice and crispy. At least now I know what I’m not missing and I wish I could get at least some of my $40 back. Normally I don’t believe in accepting food that isn’t prepared correctly but honestly, I didn’t want them to remake it because I didn’t care to try it again. Wonder if that’s why the restaurant was empty?

Took the family out for lunch. The people are very friendly and nice. Nice place to eat. Restaurant is very nice and spacious. The philly cheese stakes was really good. They have the best ranch. My son said they have the best wings hes ever had. The hot honey sauce was . Definitely coming back

I’ve had their teriyaki chicken cheesesteak, fries and milkshake from here. Today I had their breakfast fro the first time and I was not disappointed. The breakfast sandwich tasted just like they did back home (Philly) on the food trucks. Thanks for the coupons and service! God bless y’all

Staff and owner are beyond kind and accommodating. They consistently checked on guest the entire time we were there. We ordered wings and a kids plate. Wings and fries both came out hot and fresh. In my opinion, they have the best wings in Monroe. Portion sizes for kids plate was a little large, but no complaints here – just means lunch for tomorrow.

I had the chicken teriyaki cheesesteak and it was soooo good. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and so hot we had to wait to eat it. I highly recommend them. The owners came by to check on us. The front wait staff was amazing.
