Stop at Atlanta Airport and ordered some Philly cheese steaks to hold us over. We ordered a meal small (6 in). It look small but with alot of meat. The fries was good pretty tasty. They actually have sweet and unsweetened ice tea. Great lunch. The service was pretty quick also.

I can’t rate the food because I choose not to order.
Approach the counter I said hello the cashier lady said what? I said excuse me and she was like what you getting I replied I haven’t said anything yet still looking. I’m going to assume maybe the grill is loud because the waiting area. I asked could I get the number two and she replied what is that because We don’t have numbers on the menu so you need to tell me what it is. They only have four combos. I told her to be blessed and I’ll get something from somewhere else. Praying she has a better day.
I did not ask to speak with a manager but I will say the staff look friendly.

The worst experience to begin my trip. I was hungry and decided on Charley’s. I was very specific with my order … no mayo, no tomatoes … just meat and provolone cheese. The girl preparing the steak immediately threw bell peppers and mushrooms on the grill with the steak and I had to stop her and say I “did not” ask for onions and mushrooms. Mind you, they only use one paper thin piece of meat for the steak sandwich. After the steak was cooked and put on the bun, the lady who took my order proceeded to slather the roll with mayo and added tomatoes. I could not believe it! This is the absolute worst place!!!! The Customer service is none existent. When I said this is not what I ordered, cancel my order and refund my money the employee became angry and argumentative shouting you didn’t say no mayo or tomatoes and started working on another order ignoring me standing there waiting for a resolution. I finally said, I want a refund which she said I’ll be there in a minute. Finally she tried to void the sale however she admitted no one in the restaurant knew how to refund the transaction. Unbelievable! They then informed me that the manager was in another terminal so I had to wait for her to come to Concourse C Southwest side. I restate … I was very specific from the onset about my order! Poor Customer Service. The Manager arrived with an attitude and offered no apology. Her attitude mirrored the poor attitude of her employees! Don’t waste your time or money here.

(Airport Food) be prepared to wait as they make everything custom, but if you have a long layover, I’d recommend.
Ordered the Chicken Philly + bacon, good flavor… really enjoyed! Would get a large next time as the 6″ is pretty small.
Fries were really pretty tasty, had a nice pepper flavor.

Clearly , the health department doesn’t visit this location! Looking around while waiting for my sandwich I saw that EVERYTHING is filthy. From the walls, floors, switches, tables & chairs. Couldn’t see their prep counter. Customer side though will turn your stomach.
Sandwich was sad. Very small potion of meat. There must be better options then this place. Gals behind the counter were pleasant but that is about the only positive

The two gentlemen working this morning were great. They explained everything about how to order and got the food out in a very timely manner. Both were super respectful and I just think the service went above and beyond for several reason. I never leave reviews but I thought they deserved it this morning for sure! Will def be back when in ATL airport 🙂

Glad they were open, but unlike the other food places in the airport, their seating area was closed. Incredibly long wait despite few customers, which was not appreciated at the airport. If you don’t have a spare hour or want to sit down, suggest you look elsewhere.
