If I could rate the place 0/5 i would. The girl who took my order was barely speaking above a whisper and had me leaning across the counter to hear her. When I accidentally gave her the wrong card she rudely announced “declined” (mind you this is the loudest shes spoken to me this whole time) and didnt bother to let me know drinks were given when you place your order. The fries were gross and my sandwhich had so little meat i had to go looking to make sure it waa there. This is only my second or third time eating here but i wont be returning.

Sandwich was great. Fries tasted like they were reheated in a microwave.
Service was abysmal. J HARRIS (on the ticket) was to busy at first to take our order. When he did decide to do his job, he was very rude. When I finished my order he just held it his hand without saying how much it was (I paid cash), and when I asked her got a look of annoyance on his face. Ate in the food court and watched similar “service” to other customers. Even saw him make someone wait for him to be done with a phonecall before taking their order.
Not returning is this is the caliber of employee they hire. Will be spreading word-of-mouth for others to steer clear as well.

I used to love this place at my local mall in Pennsylvania. Haven’t had it in years, and was shocked to find out it hasn’t changed. Bread, meat, cheese, and fries were all on point and tasted just like I remembered. Love it!

I swear Noone takes pride in their job performances anymore.. on November 18th at 11AM I went into this location for the Xtreme Meal Deal that consist of a Philly o Chicken Philly ultimate fry and lemonade AS ADVERTISED ON TV and ONLINE. I placed my order IN STORE and some blk o Indian guy sent me on a wild goose chase when I read VERY well as it indicated that the MEAL DEAL could be ordered IN STORE o ONLINE. As I did so and he said “in order for me to get the deal id have to have the code”.. what code sir when I’m ordering IN StoRe and not online. So I downloaded the app and it was STILL NO CODE visible. I was so irritated with the antics and his lack of knowledge of his job I jus up and left. I wound up going to CITADEL MALLS location and got what I ordered with NO PROBLEM. Northwoods doesn’t have to worry about me EVER again.

Ehh, the provolone Philly cheese steak was ok, the fries, not so much. Next visit, had the old school, definitely not a fan of wiz. No unsweetened tea available. No Cooper sharp American available. No provolone available for old school. Two trips n done. Steak a bit dried out, tasted the grill, fries, tasted the dirty oil. Ehh, no thanks. I’ll take my 20-22 bucks elsewhere. Should have a tip line on receipts for staff. Would have definitely left tips for the effort. They’re trying.

Trying to charge extra to put an item, like ranch that comes with the sandwich, on the side is a ridiculous policy and no one should tolerate that kind of business.

Constant mistakes when ordering from Uber eats here. They forgot my ENTIRE sandwich and my bottle of water this time, and didn’t bother with the added jalapeños I asked for on my fries. Thank god they managed to not screw up lemonade; it’s the only thing they get right consistently. Not happy to be paying $25 for fries and a lemonade.
