Ordered a Large Philly cheesesteak and cheesy fries which tasted good and was served hot. The employees were doing their best to keep up but clearly were under staffed. Long wait for order and at least one employee seemed confused by the orders. Cleanliness is questionable.

Was told not to try Charley’s from a friend who had a bad experience but I decided to see for myself and now I know better, had a hair in my first bite of cheesy fries, the employee who made hadn’t had her hairs covered so I guess I know where it came from. Staff was friendly tho but I guess they aren’t told to have hair caps. Also no employee discount. Won’t be going back.

Absolute worst sandwichI’ve had from any charlie’s cheesesteak location. The sandwich had literally maybe five little pieces of meat, and was 97% bread. I could have bought a loaf of bread if I wanted a bread sandwich for an eighth of the cost of this horrible waste of money sandwich

The food was really good! The strawberry lemonade was the best lemonade I have ever had! I took a point off because I think they should have better hospitality. The cheesesteak was so good and they cook it in front of you.

$12 for a steak sandwich that had more lettuce and tomatoes than meat. A thin slice of “steak” thrown on the grill you can practically see through. Super disappointing. This place used to be decent, not great but, a place for mall employees to get something when the weather is bad.
