This was by far the worst experience and food that I’ve had. The older woman at the front was very rude and seemed to be in a rush. She asked me if I wanted mayo , lettuce , tomato , mushrooms and grilled onions on my chicken cheesesteak. I made it very clear that all I wanted was grilled onions and cheese and that’s all. My sandwich was done in less than 5 minutes. I get home and open the box and on the sandwich is everything I said I didn’t want. This is terrible! Everyone in the back seemed to just want to get stuff done so that could stand around because the mall was empty. It’s annoying that I spend money and have to completely waste it because it was made onion. People who work in fast food want more money but can’t even give the proper service that come’s with the job. Whoever owns this locations needs to clean up shop and find people who pay attention and want to work because that team there is making him/her look terrible. If you are ever at Carolina place mall and need food and want good service, just eat out of the trash. Atleast you know what you are getting!

The lady at the register was a bit rude. She was on her phone on the ear piece when we walked up. We waited patiently for her to end her phone call. Then she decides to rush us and make a face because she misunderstood my order.
We decided to just away and head to another merchant. Maybe it was just a rough evening. A little training may be helpful though.

If you are looking for the fastest way to ruin your day, this is the place. The cheesesteaks were so bad we could not keep them down and ended up sick right after. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This was hands down one of the worst food experiences we have ever had.

17$ for a regular Philly cheese steak, fries and a drink. I could get a full meal at Texas Roadhouse for that. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. Fries weren’t good either. Very disappointed and will never go back.

I was so happy with my decision for mall lunch. I have been trying to follow a Keto way of eating for a few months now and making the best choices of fast food, when need be, is still hard for me. McAlisters has salads with meat, chipotle over there can make some pretty descent keto choices but the philly cheese steak place was calling me! All that I really cant have is the big fat bun; would they do me the pleasure of piling all that steaming cheesey meat over the lettuce and tomato without the bun? Oh yes! With no hesitation they filled my request and served it up in a cute little bowl like this meat and cheese salad was on the menu this way. I added some ranch dressing to cream it up just a tad more and I could not have been happier. Thank you, and see you next time guys!

Food was not as good as expected. The service was terrible. My daughter ordered a root beer and they rang us up for a lemonade. We explained this and they told us to get back in line to swap the drink out. We stood in line originally for 15 minutes to order. We were not standing in line again to swap out our drink. The employees didn’t care. I would suggest visiting one of the other restaurants in the food court.

We have been coming to this location ever since it’s been in the mall. My mom doesn’t like how the Coca Cola tastes from there (watered down) so we’ve always paid for cups of ice and brought our own Coke. Today I was told they don’t sell cups of ice. Funny how all of a sudden they don’t when we’ve been getting ice for years. Aside from that I witnessed a guy come up with 2 large drinks to ask for refills and was rudely informed by the employee that she was cooking and if he wanted a refill he’d need to wait in the ordering line that was 5 people deep. She has a nasty attitude and poor customer service skills.

The woman working there right now is the nastiest human I’ve ever dealt with, I suggest you move her to the back with no customer interaction. I walked up, older black woman, white hair was making sandwiches. Didn’t see any other employees, he looks up, tells me she has 2 online orders she’s working on, I respond, ” ok no problem” and wait. She then makes eye contact again, shrugs her shoulders, says it’s going to be a minute. Again no problem as I continued to wait, she she’s staring at me, tells me to go elsewhere because she won’t be helping me. Ok that’s fine, I’ll never return.
