Worst experience ever guy was very rude at the cash register I swiped my card he stated it did not work so he took my card and swiped it and two separate charges came up on my bank account one was the price of my drink the other was almost 15.00. I was still in the mall and went back to ask the guy and he acted like he never even waited on me. Will not be going back there ever again rudest service and still have a 15.00 charge that he refused to help me with.

I ordered a cheese steak that had mushrooms on it. I am severely allergic to mushrooms. In addition to that, as if that is not enough, I bit it into my sandwich and pulled out a four inch hair from it. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there. Maybe the employees need to wear hair nets. Or maybe I should file a complaint with the health department.

First time at Charleys today out here at Morgantown mall in wv. Food and service is good. But $13 for a rather small 12 inch sub and small fries is not worth it. JERSEY MIKES would be a better and smarter buy. Subs are twice the size and taste great. More bang for your buck. Other than that I cant complain, however, as long as there is a JERSEY MIKES around, I will not return to this place
