Just opened near my job, and my colleague and I ordered ahead for takeaway. The restaurant is standard, fast food style, clean but forgettable. The sandwiches were awesome. Prepared exactly as ordered, ready when promised, more generous than expected and better than expectations. The best cheese steak I’ve had in a long while.

All though the person taking our order was very nice & courtesy, the food was absolutely ATROCIOUS, the grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, asked for a container of ranch, after we noticed that they never put in in our bag, I went back and they charged me 64 cents for a tiny cup of ranch dressing. To top it all off after my son started eating his food, I found a roach egg in his box. IM NEVER IN MY LIFE EATING HERE AGAIN, im not telling everyone else what to do, do what you want, but we’re never eating at this place again. We’ve experienced horrible service here in the past and tried to give them a few chances but this was the last straw. Can’t believe a food inspector hadn’t shut this place down for sanitary issues

I will never and I mean never eat here again. I am truly a person who goes off of reviews and I didn’t with this one. I truly wish I did because 2.8 for a review is sick. Just shopping in the mall and grabbed a bite to eat ( steak and cheese and fries ). The meat didn’t even cover the bread. They put 2 thin and I mean thin pieces of meat on bread the sandwich was so thin when I closed it. I’ve had better steak and cheese subs from gas stations. The worse part was going home and later feeling nauseous ( knowing that was all I had eaten ). I woke up throwing up TW: ………I know it was due to the sub because it was lettuce in my throw up . At this very moment my body is roll trying to get this sub out of my system as to way I still feel nauseous. I wldnt eat here if it was the last restaurant on earth. Maybe that’s why this young man kept looking at me while I was eating probably knowing that food was no good I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Sad thing is it has potential. But for me never again.

The only this good was the cashier name Shay from D.C and the strawberry lemonade. The portions were super small for $18. They don’t even fill their own boxes up. The manager, said it looks like a small amount because that’s how they plated. Never again. Not to mention i ate here before when they first moved to this location and it was nothing like this. Disappointed. And half of the lil bit of fries we got was burnt.

The woman working today was so rude, yelling at and making fun of customers openly and in front of the whole food court. Why you would work customer service if you can’t handle people who are hard of hearing or coming up to ask for utensils is beyond me.

I’ve been on a philly cheesesteak kick the last couple months and today I decided to try Charley’s Cheesesteak. I got the 12″ philly cheesesteak w/extra provolone and onions. I didn’t order extra steak, I didn’t need to! Nice healthy portions and well seasoned! It was a little dry though.

ordered on line, rude staff. hung up in my face and won’t answer. this was at 1:13pm sounded like a little boy. Food was cold, bread was hard. I was given the butt end of the pickle for my sandwich, which also had a hair on it. I was explaining this a crew member hung up in my face while talking. Very unprofessional, can’t leave a message because they don’t have a voicemail box! thanks for wasting my money. save everyone some time, don’t order from here please

If I could give this place a zero I would. I decided to try the new chicken at Charley’s and I was very very disappointed. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken, and it was dry and hard. I tasted no lemon pepper what so ever. I will never give any Charley’s cheesesteak my money nor will I allow my friends/family to give their’s.
