$12 for a decent sized cheese steak, fries and a soda is very reasonable. the sub had the perfect amount of meat and tasted fresh. the Cajun fries are awesome. the staff was super friendly, the restaurant and bathroom were clean. I know it’s not exactly the same food but they are going to give five guys a run for their money. I always thought five guys were way overpriced. Charleys is were we’ll be going.

I had a great experience at this location. Ordering was quick and easy, and my food was ready within 10 minutes. The staff was very kind—one of the employees even went out of her way to hand my order to me at the door. Excellent service overall.

I mistakenly put the order in for the other charlie’s off of cromwell. The manager Krystal went above and beyond to address the situation. She was cool, calm n collected and resolved the issue as best she possibly could by remaking the food at the current location. Which by the way was phenomenal. Before I left out, she told me to not let this affect the rest of my day and to have an amazing day. Give this woman a raise.
