What a wonderful experience! Great staff! Great food! Fast service! Just found this spot today and was shocked to hear they opened three weeks ago. Food is priced well and glad to have them near our home instead of having to drive to a mall over twenty mins away. Dinner is going to be served a lot by these folks! So happy they opened and chose this plaza!

We went as an after-church get together fellowship and Edwin and Blanca went above and beyond to make sure our group was seated and got all the right orders.
Edwin even brought directly to us the milkshake and sundae desserts we ordered afterwards. Service was more like a nice sit down restaurant instead of a fast food casual – highly recommend especially if Edwin and Blanca are working! They made our lunchtime gathering much more pleasant.

Like many places now for fast sit-down there is a self service kiosk to put in the order. Same here. It was a little confusing but I managed and the people behind the counter were super helpful. They appear to be still getting acquainted with it as well.
Food was delicious and well presented. Again, counter service was great.

Ordered 4 subs size regular. 2 Bacon chipotle chicken and 2 Philly cheese steak. I specifically asked for extra chiipotle sauce and extra mayo. All 4 sandwiches was VERY DRY! It appears it is hard to follow the ticket instructions. 3 stars because the Cajun fries were nice and hot.

Best Charley’s I’ve ever visited. I come here at least once a week, sometimes two. The staff are always welcoming, the store is always clean. Food is always delicious and the wait is never too long. Definitely recommend!!!
