I had a great experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks thanks to one of their employees MICHAEL!!! At 8300 Sudley mall. They were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. You could tell they cared about both the food and the customers, keeping everything clean and moving quickly even during a busy rush. Their positive attitude really stood out and made the whole visit even better. Great customer service like that definitely keeps me coming back!!!

I love the food at this place, but I don’t understand why someone is working without a uniform and handling food without gloves or anything to cover their “half-loose hair.” They should be stricter about hygiene and discipline among their employees. Otherwise, the other people seem to completely respect their work. Have a good day.

If you’re craving for a good cheese steak. This place will do just right! The meat portion they give is excellent. The bread was fresh and also the toppings. For a large size that cost less than $12 if really good price. With a large Fried, Large Sub and a drink under $17 with tax is very good deal for the amount you get. The fries were average. Nothing special about them.

We ate here at the Manassas Mall. I got the Philly Cheesesteak combo. The size of the sandwich was good but the steak tasted reheated. No seasoning. Definitely not very good at all. I only ate most of it because I was really hungry. My family got the chicken which they said tasted much better. I will try that next time. Service was pretty good. For a mall food court restaurant it was okay.

The cashier greeted me with a very bad attitude and was irritated that I asked if they had lemonade. It was clearly on the menu a couple of times and a small sign by the register which advertises it.
The food may lool good but not impressed with the kind of people they hire to greet customers. Definitely won’t be trying this place.
