The meat in the hoagies is very tasty, however, the bread to meat ratio is way to high. Jersey Mike’s is much better. I was underwhelmed. I will eat here again, to be sure. I hope the next experience is better.

A “regular” combo meal is plenty for one person. Fries mimic fresh cut with the skin on. Definitely better with the free Cajun seasoning on them. Counter girl that took my order was pleasant and really helpful walking we through the menu. Would suggest in a pinch if undecided about a quick meal on the go.

That was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. Barely anything on it, tasted like old grease, vegetables were raw, ordered a plain Philly, got handed a completely different and cheaper sandwich. I took one bite and threw it out. That’s not food and it’s certainly not a cheese steak. I paid over $10 for garbage.

Absolute trash. Got the “Old School” cheesesteak. Bun was great, but meat had ZERO FLAVOR! The onions on the steak were also flavorless. How does an onion not taste like anything? There is no way the meat ever touched a grill. It tastes pre-cooked as if they warm a bag in a steamer or boiling water and just open it up and serve it. Think boiled beef! Thanks the flavor and consistency. The cheese wiz was ok but also tasted generic. I wasn’t expecting anything great being a fast food Walmart store but didn’t expect it to be this bad. Worst part was a few hours later I had terrible stomach cramps and acid reflux. Talked to my friend when I got to work today and he had the same “sick to the stomach” experience last night too. We both ate the Charley’s steaks for lunch yesterday. Never again. There are so many great restaurants in the town that serve real grilled steak. I’d rather pay a couple bucks more. $10 wasted.

I really wanted to like this place but it was awful. Ordered a 10 pc wing combo. Wings were rubbery and Luke warm. Definitely should’ve been fried longer to get crispy. Sauce is average. Fries were basic frozen fries. Couldn’t even taste the cajun season. Super expensive. Also got a steak sandwich with pepperoni. Wich was no were near hot and the meat portions were terrible for the extremely high prices. The meat to bun ratio was pathetic. Avoid this money trap. Very overpriced for the terrible portion sizes. This place needs to train the employees to cook the food better. Certainly didn’t look like any of the advertised pictures. Any local pizza place would be better choice. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. Overpriced for the expected quality.
