Before we shopped for winter clothes, we stopped by Charley’s Philly Steaks because we were starving and it was freezing when we arrived at Grove City. The sandwich I ordered was really good I even finished the whole thing. I also liked their fries. Their chicken was good too, although not all the flavors were my favorite. Overall, it was a nice stop before shopping and the food definitely hit the spot.

This is a great location! Francisco is an awesome person! Always very accomadating and friendly. Never have I had a bad experience with him. Professional and a great cook! My cheesesteaks are always top quality and made the way I like them! Francisco really goes above and beyond. This location can get busy at times being in the outlet mall. Please be patient. They will get to you as quickly as possible. Trust me, it will be worth the wait. Plus, there’s no need to give someone a hard time that really takes care of his customers! Best cheesesteaks around in my book! I get wxtra wiz on mine! Nice and sloppy!! Be sire to download the app as well. There are lots of good savings on there and a rewards program.

Drinks had no ice as they were out!!! Waited at least 30minutes for my order to be made as only one cook! No one speaks good English so they are hard to understand. When I rejected the warm pop, they gave me with no ice. A second worker came to verbally attack me as to why I did not understand the lady taking orders, who didn’t speak English, ridiculous how do you blame customers for your poor planning and lack of efficiency, I will never go there again!!!

My order took forever to make, the lady at the register, doesn’t have a clue, the manager is rude and unapologetic for their lack of inventory, and lack of efficiency. Do not recommend going there ever!
