Every time we stop by Ross Park Mall, this is the only place we go to. We’ve been coming here for the past two years, and it never disappoints. I usually don’t like eating out, but I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, always fresh, and the service is extremely fast — honestly one of the fastest I’ve ever seen. The staff and servers are super friendly, polite, and always welcoming. On top of that, the prices are very affordable for how good everything is. Easy 5 stars from me. Definitely my favorite spot.

The coworkers at Charleys was rude and unprofessional. They just throw your food any old kind of way, and then they give you Extremely very little bit of fries as you can see in the picture below. We also asked for a philly steak n cheese hoagie with everything on it and as you can see there wasn’t anything really but meat and the meat was very very dry I will never eat at this place again we spend also 60$ here and was unhappy with everything about the food and coworkers but I do highly recommend going to Monroeville mall if you want to get food from charleys at least they give you for what you paid for and their food has lots of flavor and not dry and they also give you a decent amount of fries

I placed a mobile order and then proceeded to the pickup window. The lady handing out samples told me to go wait in line which was massive. I waited through the entire line to be told to go back to the pickup window where I was then ignored for almost 10 minutes before somebody finally gave me my now cold food

This time sealed that this will be the last time I ever eat at this establishment anywhere. Workers are rude and pushy. The area to pick up orders is disorganized and chaotic. We got yelled at for trying to grab our order when they called our number only to tell us it isn’t ours.

For the quality and quantity, they walk all over the other sandwich shops. Absolutely demolish DiBella’s and Subway. We love the “right off the grill” chicken California, and blazing hot, golden French fries. Every week we look forward to the free sample and lunch at Charley’s.
