I ordered 2 cheesesteaks, 1 10 – piece boneless chicken, 1 order of fries and a beverage! I only received 1 cheesesteak, 1 order of fries and the beverage! They got me for 1 cheesesteak and the 10 piece boneless chicken! Be careful if you order from them through Uber Eats.

Today, I visited the restaurant to order a chicken philly sandwich, but instead, I received a steak. I informed the employee, Jun, that I do not consume red meat and that this was not the dish I had requested. Despite my clarification, he persisted in claiming that this was what I had asked for and proceeded to return my money rather than rectifying my order. His unprofessional and unhelpful attitude exemplifies poor customer service and a lack of respect for their patrons.

I just received the food I ordered through Door Dash from this restaurant. I couldn’t finish it. The Coke I ordered had to be thrown out because it tasted like the machine has not been cleaned in decades..disgusting! The Classic Philly sandwich I ordered was extremely salty and tasted as though it was prepared on a dirty surface. The city needs to inspect this restaurant to ensure they’re following all guidelines. Never again.

OMG Customer service sucks. I could not believe that the manage would take side with a worker that wants to give a loyal customer dried out fries. Fries that are tuff and all ends. Prior to my order I told the manager the same thing happened last week and I could not eat it. I was a loyal customer for years and purchased sandwiches and fries at least twice per week. I was in aah about the extremely bad customer service. I was wondering why, often times, there would be arguments from other customer but now I experience it of my own. Please read reviews. I could not believe that a manager would let the worker give a loyal customer garbage. I hope the owner for the establishment read the reviews because they always say the owner doesn’t come to the store so maybe that’s why their customer service is so dad. I will NEVER return to this location.

They deserve no stars! I went to order their gourmet fries with a drink & the group of guys working there were rude. Telling me I needed to order a sandwich to get what I wanted. They were very rude. Making comments about people, especially women in spanish.

I ordered my food via Door Dash…food was given to someone else and the manager refused to remake or refund me and said that it’s my problem. I showed him the receipt on the app and confirmation email to no avail. The manager was rude and disrespectful and said this happens all the time and they are not responsible for giving away the order. You can show up and pick up an order from the counter without anyone asking for the order number. This is unacceptable and I will not be patronizing this establishment in the future.

This place should be shut down. I only hope that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. I love Charley’s and I went to this location because it’s the closest one to my work place. I ordered a regular Buffalo Chicken sandwich for myself, and a separate order of fries for my CO worker. I received the sandwich but was waiting for the fries when I was told that the fries were in the same box as my sandwich. I then went back to the cashier and explained to him once again that I wanted the fries separate from the sandwich. He took back the sandwich and opened the box with no gloves on, and proceeded to remove the fries from the box and placing them in another. When I told him that I no longer wanted those fries, and asked for fresh ones, because it was unsanitary. The manager stepped in and told me NO. At that point, I asked for my money back and the manager became very nasty. I’m not sure what’s going on in the world these days but I’m really fed up with spending my money and getting pure service.

When I placed the order everything was fine.once I got to the section where you tell what condiments you want,it was totally different order.the guy who took the order made a mistake or didn’t hear me properly.but order amount was the same.once I told him that’s what not what I ordered he wants more money because it cost more money.I even told him when I ordered this and that I want.I always buy from there but no more.they lost a customer today.
